The service is great! We have our locks with this firm with a masterplan.
We rent out our Villa and guests where locked out of the house with the key inside. Within half an hour sim Dénia was at the house and helped the people. Also they don’t charge too much and they speak English. Highly recommended!

Had to write and say thank you to Sim Denia. I needed a second remote fob for a sliding gate. I went into Sim Denia where I was served by a very pleasant lady. She set it up and gave me instructions as how to complete the process. Sadly it didn’t work so I returned to the shop. Rather than just be dismissive they arranged for a technician to come to the house for what I think they thought would be a relatively simple job. It was anything but. For the next hour the man pushed buttons, reset circuits, phoned colleagues and entered various combinations. He persevered and finally got it all going at no extra cost. I thanked him and the next day went to the shop to thank them profusely. Brilliant service.

I needed a caravan key and a Fiat vehicle key cut/replaced, which I wasn`t sure was possible. Sim Denia (Toni) was really helpful, he cut the first one immediately and arranged for me to take my vehicle to him in order that the new vehicle key could be cut and programmed. Servicio estupendo. Fuimos a hacer unas copias de unas llaves de casa y un mando. Tenían todos los modelos, que no encostrábamos en ningún sitio, y ademas supieron recomendarnos viendo la llave de casa como mejorar la seguridad. Rápidos y muy eficientes.

SIM DENIA Serrurier est un sérieux choix si vous devez faire refaire vos clés. Une petite serrurerie tenue par un couple super sympa et très professionnel. En une heure environ ils m'ont refait deux clés de voiture originale, avec le système d'ouverture électronique.
Les prix on en parle même pas tellement ils sont compétitifs.

Después de casi un día entero con la puerta de la calle rota, sin poder entrar ni salir de casa. Y de que otro cerrajero nos dejase tirados con la cerradura desmontada y sin darnos solución. Tuvimos la tremenda suerte de encontrar a Toni, un profesional con todas las letras. Además, una persona educada, seria y que transmite confianza. En un santiamén nos arregló la puerta y cambió todo lo necesario. Evitándonos el miedo de pasar la noche con la puerta abierta y solventando en pocos minutos, un problema con el que llevábamos horas padeciendo. Un servicio impecable y totalmente recomendable.
