We have nothing but praise for Clicars and in particular Alejandro. He was patient throughout the whole process and very friendly and professional. He handled the valuation of our trade in very well and gave us confidence in his price. He also gave us good advice on the car we bought. It is stunning and no marks on it at all. The delivery driver was great too and arrived on time. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name which is a pity as he deserves special mention too as does Gabriela who helped sort out the paperwork and payments. We will be recommending Clicars to all of our friends as they take all the hassle out of selling and buying cars. No need to have any worries about buying & trading in online. Great experience, great service. When we arrived, there was an English speaking person to assist us with the car we had seen online. Within less than 30 minutes, we had purchased the car and they helped us with all the required documentation. They delivered the car right to our front door the next day. Very happy and would definitely recommend Clicars!

Bought an electric Nissan leaf in June 2022. During the delivery of the car, the delivery truck damaged the window / glass. They accepted liability for the damage but stopped responding to any communication so we're left with a damaged window at our cost.

****Update**** I originally rated this review with a 1. Since then Clicars have paid for a new window and the communication has been excellent. You have restored my faith in car companies and I will buy from you again (Hopefully a Tesla)

Clicars is the hassle free way of buying a secondhand car in Spain. Simple, straightforward and they even deliver to your home for free.
If you are from UK or US ask for Diana Bucur, she speaks english and replies to emails swiftly with all information required.
We saw the car we wanted on their website, reserved it, when it came into their warehouse, she called us, we went to inspect it and were happy with it. Purchased it and got it delivered to our home address on the date we wanted.
Highly recommend.
