Zwei bis dreimal im Jahr wenn wir eine kleine Reise in die Wüste von Gorafe unternehmen, besuchen wir die Olivenmühle von Joaquin Sanches Gonzales ( Aceites El Fardes) in Villanueva de las Torres ,um uns mit diesem köstlichen Öl einzudecken. Wir haben schon einige Öle direkt bei verschiedenen Mühlen ausprobiert, jedoch das El Fardes Öl zu unserem Favoriten bestimmt. Wer diese Gegend besucht, weiß warum dieses Öl einzigartig ist. 100 jährige Bäume direkt am Flusslauf des Fardes gedeihen hier üppig und tragen gesunde, pralle Früchte.Wer einmal in dieser Gegend ist sollte diese Gelegenheit nutzen. ICH habe diesen Tipp übrigens von Rosalia der Wirtin der Posada von Gorafe erhalten, wo ich sie fragte,wo man dises köstlich e Öl kaufen kann.

Cuevas del Campo is a municipality located in the province of Granada, Spain. According to the 2006 census, the city has a population of 2073 inhabitants.
