Holiday Inn Express Madrid - Alcobendas, an IHG Hotel

I just love this hotel, pretty well located in a quiet zone of Alcobendas. The rooms are clean, nice, totally suitable for working purposes, and the staff members are so kind and attentive. I was mostly attended by Alberto and Erika and they are extremely professional and friendly, I ll miss you guys! Its my fav hotel when it comes to stay in Madrid; not my first time there, not my last, for sure. 100% recommended.

When, I was on a business trip in Madrid. My company booked the room in this Hotel. Room Size, Cleanness, room service was Excellent. I stayed > 40 days. Value for money hotel. Old infrastructure but very clean with a very professional and friendly staff. Especially two pretty good receptionists Girl HEIZEL & ERICA for their politeness and exemplary customer service. A man Mr. Alberto was very eager to help you. Heizel was a guide to me for attraction places in Madrid. Two Shopping malls across the road. Easy to access Green bus as well as La-Granga Metro train for my office as well as Madrid City. Morning Breakfast was excellent with different varieties. Things to improve in breakfast are the menu. Everyday was the same menu. (Breakfast with different varieties like Continental & Indian food is available then excellent). No Refrigerator/Fridge, Safe inside room.
No availability of Common washing machines for washing clothes. (Like.. One Euro for 2 lbs clothes).

Value for money hotel. Old infrastructure but very clean with very professional and friendly stuff. Shopping mall across the road. 2 things for improvement is the noise of A/C and the poor breakfast.

The beds were comfortable and the room was modern and clean. The breakfast buffet had enough variation and staff were very helpful. It’s about a ten minute walk to the nearest subway station (La Granja) with easy connections to downtown Madrid (ticket costs EU 3). There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel.

Great modern Holiday Inn hotel with nice clean rooms and modern bathrooms. There is also free parking and breakfast. Our reception host, Alicia, was very professional and service oriented. She should be considered for a management position.

Overall a great experience. The hotel might not look like much from the outside but this has been one of the best Holiday Inns I have stayed in.
The rooms looked new and clean, the service was excellent, and the airport was close by. Would stay here again.

I give it 5 stars for the price/quality and the kindness of the staff, especially Erika who works at the reception.

The hotel staff was welcoming especially Claudia.It's about 120mins from Madrid using the metro. You have to walk about 10 to 15mins to hotel to good exercise. Breakfast was 7 -10 am get very busy, but the receptionist mention this when checking in. There is no restaurant nearby but the hotel was able to sort it out by providing take away menu in the room if you don't speak Spanish the reception will do the ordering for you. The housekeeper was polite always say morning to you even if pass them 10 times, great stay. One thing you needed signpost the hotel better from the train station, so it can help guest that come by the public transport (Metro)

This is a hotel located a little far from the tourist center of Madrid but with excellent access to urban transport that brings you closer to the emblematic places. It has clean rooms, hot water, heater and air conditioning. Different options on the breakfast menu. There are a couple of shopping malls near to the hotel.

For value in the area this hotel is hard to beat. Staff were really helpful and welcoming. Rooms very clean quiet and comfortable. Nothing negative at all to say.

Hotel's staff was very friendly. Hotel is in polygon of La Granja near to La Granja underground station. Room was incredible, bed was big and temperature was perfect. Toilet had got each thing you could imagine. After my stay I had a complete breakfast (buffet). I loved to sleep this night

Although some way from Madrid centre,, this hotel was on bus route to take you to the metro, so wasn't a problem. The service from Claudia was fantastic and the breakfasts were tasty and pastry was fresh. The room was clean and airconditioning was welcoming. I would recommend this hotel but next time might stay in Charmartin for metro and renfe accessibility.

Very nice hotel we liked our stay. Plenty of free parking spots which was a blessing and the breakfast was good. We will return surely.

I'm satisfied with the hotel and the nice staff. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Super staff. Super breakfast. No dinner but staff has it coverd by having telephone numbers for pizzaria in the area and a map for walking or driving to a restaurant. Rooms are fine for the prize they ask.

I stayed in this hôtel for one week, the staff is so kind, the room is big, and very clean, I totally recommend it :)

Best hotel near to the airport

Clean, friendly, quiet and service-oriented Hotel. No overpriced Parking like most hotels in Madrid, overall a very nice experience thanks to this Hotel.

Very clean and super friendly staff. With a bathtub which is a plus and super breakfast for a Holiday Inn Express:)
