Upon arrival, you're greeted with a lovely welcome gift. The place is remarkable; you can connect your phone to the TV and enjoy Netflix or YouTube. The instructions could be improved, but overall, I was delighted. Definitely one of the most exceptional places I've stayed in Madrid, and I will definitely return.

It is a very appropriate hotel, in price / benefit terms. Although the exterior appearance is not elegant or beautiful, once you enter the reception, everything changes. The room is perfectly clean, it has everything it takes for a comfortable stay. The receptionists are the best of all ... welcoming, practical and helpful. It was the best option I could choose, for my stay for 6 nights. It is 10 minutes from the English Court and C79 Building, a business building with conference and meeting rooms. I strongly recommend it for business trips or for an exploration trip. I could stay there when I return to Madrid. Although they do not serve breakfast, and the coffee machine at the reception did not work, it has a grocery store, right next door and some breakfast options and restaurants in the area.

The location is very good, just 200 meters from Cuatro Caminos roundabout. The room's amenities are simple, with a table and a basic wardrobe, but the bed is comfortable. The bathroom and shower are the highlights of the room.

Great location and 24h reception. The beds were really comfortable and the coffee machine in the foyer was a lifesaver for early mornings. All in all a good experience for a reasonable price.

The location is superb, with the metro station right next door. The bed is comfortable, and the staff is charming. They made us feel at home. Highly recommended, without a doubt.

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood close to the metro station. And only one stop away from Nuevos Ministerios station, where one can easily access Metro 8 to go to the airport.

Staff friendly, room air conditioned, and basically a hotel even though it said hostel on the door.

The room I stayed in was comfortable, with a spacious bed. The best part was the absence of annoying noises from hallways or other rooms, ensuring a good rest.

The hotel is close to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, restaurants, bars and shopping centers. the rooms are decorated in light colors, with friendly staff and very helpful. The bathroom and hairdryer. optimal cleaning. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice and clean. Staff was really friendly and helpfull. Our room didn't have a fridge, all the other stuff was ok.

One the best hostels i've ever stayed in. The rooms are super clean, very modern, there's an elevator, its right next to a big shopping area (zara, h&m...etc) and the lady at the front desk (one of the owners i think) is so nice and does her best so that you have everything you need to have a good time. I seriously recommend this hostel.
