I found this place by chance when traveling with my family along the A-231. I still remember the smell of the barbecue the I felt through the car windows when we came out of the motorway.. which triggered our appetite to know what was in that place.
Years after, still having that memory in my mind, I spend one hour looking for it (I knew it was between Leon and Burgos, but not exactly where), and then boom!! There it is!
Hands down, the very best "menu" you can find on a motorway.. where you find an amazing environment where the meat is cooked in front of you in a massive barbecue, while having the product exposed in front of you. It is like eating at the butchers!!!
The taste of the meat? Just IMPOSSIBLE to describe.. tender, deep, complex, juicy....I would simply drive for hours to go back there as soon as possible!!!

Big amount of good food, with very nice waiters. Don't hesitate to try! But it's rather expensive.

A very good road restaurant. Very good quality food for low prices. Highly recommended! We had grilled chicken legs and pork chops and they tasted great.
