This hotel is very nice. The rooms are quite spacious, and the bathrooms as well! I really appreciate careful attention to details, like cute hand-made curtains or an old chair/sofa in the hall. The bathroom has a set of toiletries including disposable cups, which is quite handy. The room and the bathroom were clean. There is an elevator which comes in handy when you have accommodation on the top floor. Please note that the hotel also has inside parking for an extra fee, it’s across the street. On top of that, you can order breakfast. We haven’t tried it though. The location of the hotel is very good, too. I’d say perfect for walking around in different direction. The staff are caring and friendly. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and nice experience!

Ideally situated & what a gem of a hotel. Secure hotel car parking just a couple of minutes walk away.We arrived when it was dusk and there were lit candle lanterns at the entrance to the hotel making it unique & very welcoming. On entering we were greeted with a warm welcome and in perfect English. The hotel oozed charm & charisma throughout. It is a splendid hotel that is impeccably maintained to the highest standard. To our surprise we were upgraded to the junior suite. What a beautiful comfy suite with so much character and so spacious. As we went throughout we were captivated by the detail. A cosy lounge room to relax in located next to the dining room. Breakfast buffet was very satisfying & coffee served with a genuine smile. Nice, well-run small hotel in the centre of Jaca. Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Super clean and comfortable beds. Free parking in the surrounding streets (not the blue zone). Happy to recommend.

Unremarkable, but familial and very cosy hotel in the old town of Jaca, situated opposite to the Ciudadela de Jaca.

We found our room very clean and tidy. The antique furnishings were authentic and emphasised the homely ambience. Our bathroom was also very proper and surprisingly well-kept. The best part of the hotel, beside an original telegraph on the second floor, was the blue dining room on the first floor. It is a kind of magic room where time stands still. You should definitively see it.

When we arrived, an older, smart lady welcomed us warmly with a brilliant British English. She was so helpful. With her determined and self-confident manner she organised us a taxi for the next day. Her negotiation skills impressed us.

The stay was amazing. Staff is really nice. We loved the experience in group accommodation.

Very friendly and efficient staff at this hotel. Secure indoor parking for the motorbike. My room was small but perfectly adequate with a good bathroom and hot shower. Great location for accessing the bars of the old town.

Hotel bonito, agradable, y confortable. Cerca del centro, sin el ruido del centro. La gente de Jaca, buenas personas. Habitación algo pequeña para mi, pero en realidad suficiente, individual. Confortable, calentita. Baño más que suficiente, amplio, limpio. Vine a Jaca a recordar momentos familiares después de 35 años. El hotel tenía lo necesario. La recepción, rápida y amable.

Estuvimos un fin de semana y nos encantó. La ubicación es ideal, junto a la ciudadela. Nos pusieron una habitación superior al mismo precio porque la tenían libre y era una habitación enorme con techos altos, y abuardillada, y con bañera hidromasaje. El hotel es antiguo, muy bonito y limpio. Nuestra experiencia en Hotel Conde Aznar fué fantástica.

Como siempre genial, el hotel, la ubicación y Jaca en si. Pero esta vez les voy a poner unos peros para ayudarles a mejorar. Demasiado calor en la habitación y el desayuno buffet demasiado industrial por 9.00 Euros. Lo elegí por comodidad para la familia aunque ya por 5 o 6 euros que pague la ultima vez no me convenció, creo que deben trabajar en ello, el desayuno es una de las cosas más importantes para valorar la satisfacción del cliente, si no la más importante en un hotel, es el ultimo servicio antes de hacer el check out, eso les va a penalizar en las reseñas del hotel, y en vez de un valor puede convertirse en un PERO. Pero como siempre que vuelvo a casa os elegire.

Hotel familiar y muy bien situado en el corazón de Jaca.
Las habitaciones son muy bien equipadas y confortables.
El personal es muy acogedor, simpático y disponible.

El Hotel tiene un diseño antiguo, pero muy bonitas las instalaciones y bien decorado.
En cuanto al personal, son muy amables, atentas y agradables.
La habitación está genial, es amplia, huele a limpio, es caliente y tiene una cama muy cómoda.
Tiene muy buena ubicación, tanto para visitar lugares, como para aparcar.
Con ganas de volver!

Un lugar agradable, en un sitio céntrico pero alejado del bullicio. La habitación superior preciosa, abuhardillada con madera a distintas alturas. El trato cordial y agradable. El desayuno, por 9€, merece la pena. Un buffet libre no excesivo pero más que suficiente. Una agradable experiencia que son duda repetiremos

Hemos estado súper bien. La habitación que cogimos de 3, era enorme. La atención del personal muy bien.
Muy céntrico pero muy tranquilo ya que no hay bares en la zona.
