I had the great pleasure of spending a few days at the Terranam Wellness Center, and it was an exceptionally good experience! The venue and location are simply stunning – comfortable, cozy, peaceful, green, and perfect for relaxing and recharging with fresh energy.

The hosts Rogelio and Javi are incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was outstanding, with fresh, healthy ingredients that made every meal a culinary delight.

The yoga classes were also a highlight. The instructor was very skilled and attentive to the needs of the participants, making each session both relaxing and enriching.

Overall, my stay at Terranam was fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a retreat in nature and a chance to be thoroughly pampered. I will definitely be back!

I arrived at Terranam completely and totally depleted… I left brimming with energy and ready to tackle life once again.

I knew from the moment the wonderful hosts Rogelio & Javi opened the door to the magnificent estate that I was in for something special!

The property itself is magnificent: Maria, the owner, has created a space where historical charm meets modern living. And perhaps best yet is that it was conceived in a way to truly build community.

I spent five days making rich memories with the other guests - whether during the meals we shared, the outings we experienced collectively or the yoga sessions that got my mind and body realigned!

I literally loved everything about my stay! And am already dreaming of the moment I will be able to come back!

If you need to break away from the grind, I would absolutely recommend Terranam. Here you're fully immersed in mental and body wellness. The yoga is self-rewarding, the excursions feel other worldly, and the food is absolutely exquisite. The hosts, Rogelio and Javi, really make you feel part of the family. You're at home when in their presence. They've thoughtfully curated a daily schedule throughout your stay with your best interest in mind.

When I first arrived in Terranam, I was exhausted and unwell. However, my experience there transformed me entirely. The past few days have been nothing short of magical. Galicia exudes an unmistakable aura of enchantment; one can feel the energy pulsating through the land—the mountains, the ocean, the sky. It's no wonder this place has attracted powerful witches throughout history, where ancient traditions thrive. The healing energies that permeate the air are undeniable.Yet, it was the people who truly made my stay unforgettable. I am immensely grateful to the wonderful healers who tended to my body, mind, and soul with such care. From the invigorating yoga sessions to the soothing massages, the captivating sound experiences, and the nourishing food, each aspect contributed to my own renewal.Special thanks to Rogelio, whose attentive hospitality made me feel pampered and at home from the moment I arrived. Wow! What a special place Terranam is and what a great experience. I had a lovely room in beautiful surroundings and in a location that offers great views. The food is fine dining for the vegetarian/pescatarian and was top notch. There was a great programme of gentle morning yoga and mindful breath work with Yin Yoga in the late afternoon. Plus there’s walks in the afternoons if you want more activity. I came away feeling so rested and nourished. The yoga instructor Roxy and the staff I met - Roger, Javi and Ramon - are all charming and kind. They clearly love the whole intention behind Terranam and have great affection for Galicia and what it has to offer. I teamed my stay with a couple of days beforehand in Santiago de Compostello which was a great combination

Excellent, friendly service from the staff (Rogelio and Javier), invigorating and relaxing yoga from Tati and delicious, I mean delicious, meals from Ramon; all in a lovingly restored house built in 1767 located in a rural setting on top of a hill with amazing vistas of the surroundings.

From the moment you arrive the place oozes peace and tranquility! Expect rustic luxury and chilled vibes. Enjoy the suroundings at your own pace and expect to be blown away by the food! The details will charm you long after you return home.

An absolutely magical experience at Terranam. From the kindest and most accommodating hosts in Rogelio and Javier; Aron, our yoga teacher who held space every day with such joy and grace; the most delicious food ever from our chef Ramon! And the stunning location in Galicia that is rugged and picturesque in equal measure. Terranam really has it all and we feel completely rejuvenated by this experience. We will be back again without question. Thank you for these incredible magical days, we will never forget them!

But what really sets Terranam apart is the personalized approach to your stay. From the massage, yoga and meditation sessions to the healthy and delicious meals, every aspect of my stay was designed to support my physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

The staff were all incredibly kind, knowledgeable and passionate. The accommodations were luxurious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a restful stay. The attention to detail was evident in everything from the linens to the toiletries, and I felt pampered and cared for throughout my stay.

Overall, I highly recommend Terranam wellness retreat to anyone looking for a truly wonderful experience. It's the perfect place to disconnect from the stresses of daily life, reconnect with yourself and nature, and emerge feeling renewed and rejuvenated. Five stars all around!

A first retreat for me needed for a personal loss. Yoga, swimming, walking, sound healing, the Wizard (?), time for introspection, meditation, reflection and the tastiest and beautifully presented vegetarian meals.
A small group of like minded guests came together with support, discretion, respect, humour, and harmony. I arrived in a low and dark place. I left happy, content and a week later I still feeling the benefit
The team provided some calm and drama surprises but I won’t spoil that by telling.

Had such an incredible stay at Terranam. As soon as we got to the retreat, we were immediately made to feel at ease and as if we'd just arrived at a home away from home.
The accommodation is beautiful and I loved the peaceful and calming setting. The daily schedule was relaxed, and you can do as much (or as little!) as you please.
The yoga classes with Miriam were a gorgeous way to start the day, and I also loved the healing sound bath. My massage was also one of the best I've ever had.
It's impossible to write a Terranam review without mentioning the spectacular food! Each meal was delicious and proved - once and for all - that vegetarian food is anything but boring. Massive thank you to Oscar for all his hard word in keeping us fed throughout the weekend!
Finally, huge thanks to Maria, Roger and Javier for their hospitality and creating such a memorable weekend. They're fantastic hosts and definitely the jewel in Terranam's crown!

Terranam is an unprecedented authentic experience for the body and for the soul. It's a magical place with fairy views on the bay and the ocean and a variety of atmospheres all available on the premises: the stylish and quiet rooms with the view, the stone paved courts, the garden with the hammocks where to lounge, the swimming pool, the ancient stones and many more amenities all provide a stunning background. The host managers Rogelio & Javier are masters of hospitality and together with the team they will make it all seamlessly flow for maximum comfort and delight! The massage was a discovery: performed in a very bright room under a rood window with direct view on the sky! The vegetarian menu is a pure delight with local flavours I keep revisiting in my palate. This is the ideal place where to pause and recenter, replenish and leave regenerated! Whether traveling solo or with friends, it is a destination not to be missed!
I loved that there was no TV in my room and i could fully be present, appreciating the stunning views on the flowing eucalyptus from my window.

This place is a gem, truly. Terranam provides the perfect place and space to decompress, be present, and rejuvenate. The setting is serene and beautiful, with several little areas around the property for guests to relax and enjoy the view and some quiet time. I especially loved the hammocks. The interiors are gorgeous too - light, bright and airy.

The food is delicious, healthy and inventive. Seriously the best meals I've ever had. I'm hoping someday Terranam will create a cookbook - I've already tried to recreate at home an eggplant dish they served for brunch!

There are some beautiful hikes you can take near the property - I loved the eucalyptus trees - the air smells so good. The beach walk was incredible too - the path wove through ferns and pine trees, with stunning views of the clear blue water.

Last but certainly not least - the Terranam team is incredible. Belen, the masseuse, is truly a talent - a body therapist who will help you deeply relax, both body and mind. Hosts Roger and Javi are so kind, warm and welcoming. I left feeling as if I were saying goodbye to old friends. They sincerely care about you and your experience - it's what sets Terranam apart and what will bring me back in the near future!

Everything about Terranam is magical. When I stepped through the doors into the courtyard, I immediately felt a sense of peace. The food is amazing-I have never stayed anywhere with food of this quality at every meal. The staff is so welcoming and efficient, every detail has been carefully thought of to make the stay comfortable. The yoga classes were the perfect start and end to days with plenty to do but also plenty of time and places around the property to just be. I also loved the focus on local foods and traditions. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Terranam is such a beautiful place to be! We had a wonderful stay there. Our hosts were charming, our room decorated with taste, the food delicious and so healthy, the gardens facing the ocean, the river on one side and mountains on the other side… all was impressive and the atmosphere so so relaxing. We highly recommend Terranam and we will definitely come back !

Terranam brings the definition of wellness and hospitality to a whole new level. In an exceptional setting I felt at home to socialize or relax by myself, eat healthily, explore the beautiful scenery of Galicia, read a book by the pool and experience a heavenly massage. The Terranam team make you feel welcomed and taken care of as you take in the beauty and sensuous smells from the eucalyptus and fruit trees and sample the healthy and delicious cuisine.
