E-Bikeshop: Bike To The Future

We rented two 300cc Honda scooters for two days and they were perfect for exploring the countryside. Powerfull enough for the steep mountains and we went to visit the El Torcal, which is beautiful (and stayed in a hotel at Loja).

The staff of Bike-to-the-future is very friendly (they are from Belgium and speak Spanish, Dutch, English, French). The bikes are well maintaned (good tires/breaks) and we received a helmet, locks and topcase for lugguage). Next year we will be back again!!

The owners of this shop are friendly and helpful. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. I was looking for a bike and was shown a few great options and got a helpful lesson about gears.
There are lots of bikes and scooters for sale or rental as well as accessories for sale. Perfect location to arrive by bus in Torre Del Mar and rent something to enjoy the coast! We’ll be back for sure! 🚴🛵🚲

Wonderful service and great bikes! I hired an electric bike while my friends hired standard bikes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend hiring a bike for a fun day out or as transport for your visit.

I came to Spain to ride my bike. but on the first day my frame broke... then BIKE TO THE FUTURE helped me! they rent me a bicycle. everything fast and reasonable price! Very nice people work in the shop!

Super friendly, welcoming and professional! I rented a 110ccm scooter for 4 weeks and got a well maintained, clean and fun Honda for a very fair price! Scooter was also suitable for two plus a bit of cargo and still climbed the steep Andalusian mountain-roads. During wintertime, I can recommend to get some gloves. Otherwise your hands might freeze at 80kmh. Owner also speaks German! Can totally recommend!

We recently rented 2 x MTB's for 4 days from these guys and they were spot on👍. We travelled down from Velez and were looked after perfectly. The family owners are very helpful, extremely polite and obliging every step of the way. We had a great discount for 4 days also! Many thanks.

Our car charger for our E-Bike batteries died during our holiday in Spain. We had a friendly and very helpful contact with "Bike to the Future" and they ordered a new charger for us from Germany and it works. Now we can charge our batteries in our camper van again, thanks to the great help by this shop!

We had an awesome time riding the scooters in around Nerja an Almayate! Frank was so easy to deal with and the process was very quick! His wife Els was very efficient at getting our information together and getting us on the road! Even daughter Mayte helped ensuring that I had the right size of helmet!
I would recommend this place to anyone if you want a top notch scooter with great customer service !

Since we were very satisfied from our first Focus e-mtb which we bought 3 years ago, we now bought a second Focus e-trekking bike. Now we can focus and circle around with our 2 e-bikes as a couple in the lovely Axarquia Region. Thanks to Frank & Els for their very good service and advice👍

Super nice helped us right away and gave great suggestions! He was super honest at very informative about renting bikes, scooters, etc. walked us through the gears of the bikes. He also fixed the valve and didn't just dismiss it. Super great 10/10 would recommend

This bike shop is one of the best shops I have been to. Not only is the shop well stocked with a large selection of bikes and e-bikes, the owners were very personable and friendly. I went in several times and every time the owners were able to communicate in different languages with customers to help them find what they needed. I would say their rental policy is great, and the best part is the ability to buy a bike and use it for short term, and if you don't want to keep the bike you can sell it back for half the purchase price. I would recommend them if you are looking for friendly and knowledgeable service!

Excellent quick service with great attention to detail. Even if it is not a speciality of the house, the service is friendly and professional (SRAM on a BMC time trial bike). I handed in the bike with some dust and dirt; it was returned clean and shiny!!

Quick and easy bike rental - great service and good bikes/locks were provided (plus helmets). We paid a deposit which was released as soon as we returned the bikes. Would recommend 😃

We rented the scooter for one day and had a great time, along the coast to Malaga and in the afternoon to the hills.

The scooter is powerful enough for two and a whole day took only €7 on petrol. Service is fantastic and friendly, paperwork was done in no time and the scooter was ready to go when I called in.

Return is flexible, providing you have secured parking overnight, within the agreed timeframe.

Can recommend Bike to the Future for 100% or 5*, have a chat with team to see what’s available and in de high season don’t leave it till the last minute to book.
