Absolutely seamless, professional experience with this agent, they did all the work, they did it well, and also quite fast to top it all. They took excellent photos of the properties and received quite a few offers, were patient to show the house many times with complete availability. Antonio y su hermano Fernando nos dieron un trato completamente profesional y eficiente. Antonio nos llevo paso por paso explicándonos todo el tiempo lo que no entendíamos.
El proceso que fue bastante largo porque faltaban algunos papeles pero aún así todo resulto muy bien. También se ocuparon de registrar la casa ya después de comprada, pago de los impuestos y cambio de contrato de la electricidad y agua. Excelentes.

Por cuestiones de trabajo nos hemos alojado varias veces en los apartamentos de Huelin Suites en Málaga, hemos quedado muy satisfechos con el servicio y con la atención prestada por Celia. Durante varios años han gestionado el alquiler turístico de la casa que mis padres tenían en Dúrcal. Se encargaban de todo, no sólo de hacer la reserva sino también del check in y check out, la limpieza, las reparaciones necesarias ... De modo que no suponía ningún trabajo para nosotros.
Cuando decidimos venderla igualmente se han encargado de todo hasta firma de la compraventa y la entrega de la vivienda.
Lo recomiendo sin duda si tienes una vivienda para alquilar o vender.
