Jesus, the manager, extremely helpful. Room spotless. A little niche of a place entrance wise but very nice nonetheless. Good position in Pontedeume but also quiet. 👍

Amazing service, location, and facility. A highlight stay on our Camino

We love this place. The rooms are very comfortable, beautiful and clean. The bed, bedding, towels top quality. The bathrooms are big, modern, and very practical.
The staff from the owner down could have not been any nicer.
Perfect location in Betazons in the heart of the city but on a quiet street.
Their restaurant is also as good. The food was delicious, well presented and very affordable price for the quality and the location

Vanessa saved us! We stayed at the Portico Hostal on the third night of our Camino Ingles from Ferrol to Santiago de Compostela, but not by design.

Our booked hotel cancelled our booking without prior notice, transferring us to the Portico but without telling them. Vanessa, the receptionist at Portico really helped us out and made sure we still had somewhere to stay. The rooms were very clean and cant fault the experience at Portico.

Expensive but top notch. Fantastic central location, beautiful, spacious clean room with a modern design packed into a pretty, historical building. Very friendly staff - I would definitely come back.

Espectacular Hostal. Las habitaciones grandes, limpias e impresionantes. Buena calidad-precio. Fácil acceso. Trato muy bueno. Merece mucho la pena. Recomendable.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante il Cammino Inglese di Santiago. La posizione é ottima, al centro di Betanzos e a due passi dalla piazza principale con tutti i servizi (bar, farmacia, panetteria). La struttura é nuova e ben tenuta. Il ristorante molto buono. Consigliato

Muy buen hotel. Buen recibimiento, habitaciones amplias, buen baño y camas cómodas. Super bien situado en Betanzos, pleno centro y fácil llegar a la zona bares y restaurantes del pueblo. También tiene cerca la iglesia. Estaba todo muy limpio y no tenemos ninguna queja. Bien de precio. Nos encantó el agua de cortesía, por cierto. (Pequeños detalles…)

Midden in het oude centrum, met werkelijk prachtige kamers en als bonus nog een heel goed vegetarisch restaurant onder het hotel.
Zeker een plaats om terug te komen.

Excelente ubicación en el centro histórico, cerca de la plaza García hermanos, donde se puede desayunar, ya que en el hotel solo posee un restaurante es la parte de abajo, donde dan comidas y cenas. Una amable atención por parte de Jesús y unas habitaciones nuevas. Nosotros estuvimos en la parte de la primera planta, con habitación que daba al exterior, enfrente de la Policía local. Muy recomendable

Para ser un hostal está muy, muy bien. Restaurante propio donde se come genial. Buena atención, muy amables. El desayuno se hace en otro bar cercano, estaban en fiestas y nos lo encontramos cerrado. Llamamos al teléfono de urgencia y nos dieron solución rápidamente.
Quitando este lapsus.....todo genial!

Una buena eleccion para dormir en esta localidad.
Hotel nuevo con una cama grande y cómoda y un cuarto de baño con amplia ducha.
Lo mejor, la atención de su gerente, siempre dispuesto a darte la mejor atención.
Repetiré, sin dudarlo.

Estuvimos hace un mes en el camino de Santiago y todo fenomenal. Todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable. Olvidé unas gafas e incluso me las mandaron a mi domicilio. Recomendable
