Beautiful hotel in a wonderful place. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Dinner on the terrace while watching the sunset is incredible.
It's the perfect place to relax.

Beautiful settings, Beautiful room. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. A small complaint, the steak was not particularly good quality meat, it was cooked to your liking perfectly, but was tasteless, maybe change your supplier!!! But the Rosada was delicious. Good choice of breakfast, no hot food, but plenty of everything else.

Loved this place, found by chance while touring the area. Really beautiful setting, very well kept. I visited for late lunch, but there were couples staying. Weddings and private events are hosted here, too. The main house is tastefully decorated on classic Spanish cortijo style, the outdoor areas are fab, the small courtyard and front porch perfect, and the little church just adorable.
Views from the back outdoor seating area are stunning.
Service was friendly and professional, food was of excellent quality. It really is worth the trip, definitely visiting again.

A lovely hotel. We visited it just for drinks. And got to know the staff especially isabel the manager. She is a really lovely friendly person. Always and we needed a hotel to stay for one night and the first place we thought of.

Well done to Isabel and staff for running a great hotel and making our stay very pleasurable. Great views and will return.

Fantastic for a quiet night in an absolutely stunning location with great staff and great food. Did I mention how quiet it is? The only sound was the faint tinkling of cowbell from the cattle eating in the adjacent fields. That soothing sound was the perfect accompaniment to the stunning views of the night sky. We wished we'd stayed an extra night, or three extra nights.

Lovely place, perfect location. Rooms very nice and the view is incredible. Staff very helpful. Would stay again without hesitation.

Passed by here around 3:30pm and thinking about have some drink here. Actually the restaurant was closed at this timing but the owner/staff was so welcoming and willing to serve me coffee and cake. Coffee and and cheese cake were good.

Another wonderful overnight stay at Cortijo Salinas one of my favourite places to be. Dinner was outstanding! Every ingredient of the best quality. It was cold out but cosy and comfortable inside. Slept like a log. A big thank you to Isabel and her friendly team!

Loved the food, the room and the views. They give themselves four stars, I give them five!

Cadre magnifique, au calme, dans un décor de rêve.
Chambre spacieuse et confortable.
Restaurant très appréciable, nous y avons très bien mangé.
Seul petit point négatif, le petit déjeuner : pas de viennoiserie, manque de choix, surtout lorsqu'on préfère le sucré. Ceci était peut être dû au faible nombre de chambres occupées.
