La Parrilla Hotel - Restaurante Albox

Whenever we're in Albox, we like to go here for a large coffee and a Serano Jamon y Queso tostada,

Both the coffee and the tostadas are lush. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially when we struggle to speak Spanish correctly. It's also a great place to do some people watching.

Amazing service here. Spaghetti bol is the best. My Spanish isntt very good and I accidentally ordered fish which I can't have. They were so good and made me something that wasn't even on the menu that day. The were polite. It was smy fault for ordering the wrong thing due to my lack of understanding yet they couldn't have been more friendly.

Highly recommend.

Brill restaurant, especially now the Plaza del Pueblo is closed off to vehicles. Food choice is great, not too fussy or a silly menu of a thousand dishes! Sit outside, watch the fountains and kids playing and people out for an evening natter.

Dropped in for a cold drink and tapas, and they tasted great. I had liver in a light Chinese style sauce, a marinated chicken skewer and Russian salad. Definitely worth a visit.

We only visited the venue for lunch, but if the rest of the establishment is of the standard in the restaurant, then it will be perfect.

Arrived to sample the 'Menu del Dia', which had an excellent choice, but we were tempted by the main menu. I had the House Special Burger, served with Chips, my partner had the Steak, Onion & Pepper Baguette. We also had a portion of chips with aioli.

Wow!!! The food quality and taste were excellent, and portion sizes more than ample.

Cost for above and 4 drinks was 22 Euros.

Staff were more than attentive, friendly and appreciated my attempts at broken Spanish. Main menu printed in Spanish and English.

A great find and located in the main square whish has just been pedestrianised, making it a special location.

We will be returning.

My favourite place in Albox for tapas, I could sit in, the now pedestrianised square, drink coffee and eat tapas all day. It's a very pleasant place good service and great prices.

As an actor and director I have stayed in plenty of hotels over the years and can honestly recommend this little gem to visit the quaint little town of Albox. Friendly host and try their best to accommodate.

Never used the hotel but I hear it's good.
Bar is excellent and tapas are amazing.
Great sitting outside overlooking the beautiful plaza and fountains just watching the world go by.

Just spent a week here. very relaxing. the rooms are spotless. good for a late night drink with good bar staff especially the blonde girl, and sirloin beef cooked to perfection.

Fabulous hotel , lovely room with a beautiful view over the square . Had a brilliant meal at night , the head waiter/manager was very friendly and entertaining . We parked our car virtually next door but apparently you can’t do this when it’s market day ! We will definitely be back 👍

We have stayed in La Parrilla on 2 separate visits for 2 weeks. The rooms are very clean. The staff are friendly, the food is also very nice. We would recommend this hotel.

This is 1 of the most famous bars in Albox, the lady behind the bar could run the place blindfold. She's so good & knows her customers well 👌

Dont know about rooms, as only eaten here, beer and Tapas very good, and not at all expensive

Just love this hotel,great service,the owner is a very nice Spanish man,and his father lovely,very friendly and the food is very good.Used this hotel for a lot of years.Hotel rooms very nice and clean.
