Incredible. My lawyer just simply will not provide me with a status update, and will not respond to a (few) email requests.

I went to the office in person, received lots of apologies from colleagues and the promise, was assured, that this is not company policy and that everything will be better from now on.

We're now a few weeks later, and again I receive not a single status update, and no response to my email I've sent 7 days ago.

Anything but professional I think!

With no progress updates, no response to email, I can only assume that my case is going nowhere with this legal office.

The company slogan says 'Trust us and relax'. Are you joking? If anything, right now, I do not thrust this legal office to give my case the attention it requires, and I am certainly not relaxed!!!!
