Restaurante Montgo

An absolutely wonderful restaurant with fantastic views of Montgo. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Beautiful food, great service, great atmosphere, and fantastic views. Great parking and wheelchair friendly. Super clean restrooms.
Visited 1st March for evening meal; still as beautiful as ever. The owners are wonderful people; you could not ask for nicer hosts.

We came here with my family of 9 people, the staff were very accommodating. We got 2 different paella (the seafood and the duck) they were both fantastic, big portions and good value. We also had some starters and they were delicious too. Even the bread and aoli they gave us for waiting was amazing.
Satisfied the whole family on a decent budget. Highly recommend.

Excellent food and friendly staff. Good location and atmosphere, with a nice view of the mountain! The only disappointing thing was the monkfish, a bit tasteless. However the set menu is very convenient price wise !!!

Wow what a gem of a place with great views. I had the chilli pizza and was not disappointed 😃. We will be going back very very soon.

For value for money this cracking restaurant is impossible to beat. Good atmosphere, good multilingual staff and good food. Always busy, booking a table highly recommended. Super bueno views of Montgo mountain from the large carpark.

We have recently returned from our holiday .. our villa was situated across the road to the Montgo Restaurant.. so we thought we’d give it a go ..
We walked over to book and a young man was painting outside, whilst it was closed !! He was so helpful and booked us in for that night , we were a party of 12 . It later turned out that the young man was also our waiter ( Luca ) He was amazing, as was the food .. we returned for a second time and yet again we left very happy..

We visited this restaurant three times during our holiday. The food is very good and the prices are some of the cheapest we have seen. The paella was excellent.

Great menu of the day plenty of choice menu of day under €20 each.
Food and service was excellent.

The staff was friendly and helpful some of the best staff I've come across. The food was varied and interesting. Good quality food. Totally recommend this restaurant.

We had a very good meal, it was our second time going. The service is very good. The prices are good. We will go again.

Good value menu of the day with an outside dining option set adjacent to the Montgo mountain.
Definitely worth the drive out from Javea, would recommend.

Lovely place, great atmosphere and the menu of the day is fantastic value.
If you are veggie like my wife your likely to end up with paella which isn't on the menu and has an a minimum of two people requirement to order. But my wife thinks it's one of the best around and often asks to go back for more!
If you don't finish your food, which we rarely do, they're very happy to pack it up for you to enjoy the next day.
Highly recommended!

Was recommended this place by a friend and it did not disappoint... food was excellent and staff made you feel very welcome... set price menu was excellent value. I had the lamb shoulder and it was perfectly cooked.
Will definitely be visiting again soon.

First class meal last week, the set menu was €14.50 includes wine, bread and allioli, lovely restaurant with nice staff. The food was excellent and such good value, we're returning tomorrow before going home to the UK. Adherence of hygiene and social distancing was very good too, felt completely safe there!

Just had the most fabulous meal there. €14.50 for the menu del dia with a good choice in all courses and things you wouldn't expect to find ie turbot with homemade hollandaise sauce (which was gorgeous).
Fabulous service by lovely staff (who humoured my dodgy Spanish although most speak good English). Great atmosphere; this will become a regular haunt for us and any visitors.
