Hotel Naval Sestao

We stayed here overnight before catching the ferry back to Portsmouth. The hotel is convenient for the motorways & easy to find using SATNAV. It's in an area that's being developed so is peaceful at night & was relatively quiet in the morning. The hotel is clean, light and airy. The rooms are large, nicely decorated & have fabulous beds. All rooms have a safe, free of charge to use, free WiFi & television. The bathrooms are also large & have excellent facilities. Throughout the hotel everywhere was spotlessly clean, bright & welcoming. We had a meal in the restaurant when we arrived & paid €13.50 for a 3 course set menu that included wine, water & soft drinks. The food was delicious & plentiful & the staff were attentive. In the morning we paid €6.50 each for an all you can eat buffet breakfast that included hot food, cold selections, pastries, cereal. Again the staff were attentive & friendly. All of the staff at the hotel were helpful & the English spoken was excellent. If you're in Bilbao for a city break this would be a perfect base. I will certainly stay here again next time we're in Bilbao.

Very spacious and clean room, comfortable bad. Quite at night. Very warm and hospital personnel. 5-7 minutes to metro, don't look to google map, road to metro is much better in real.

I like this hotel, i rate it 5* mostly due to kindness of the staff. They are nice, kind, always ready to help and most of them speak good english, i didnt have any trouble communicating. Room is quite nice, clean, everything works, only TV is a little small, but thats not really important. Dinners and breakfasts are delicious, you can choose among many delicious dishes. Location and the view however are not so good, it is in industrial zone, but at night it is quiet, no trucks or other noises, so you will have no trouble sleeping. Metro station is near, 10min walk, so as hotel during sightseeing it is perfect, i highly reccomend.

We got an upgrade when we checked in. Fabulous room, massive bed. Very friendly staff. A bit out of Bilbao but the metro is e2 into town.

Nice spacious hotel room, staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and tidy. Check in information indicated up to midnight but after calling in we were told there is always someone overnight which is a plus if you're running late.

A lovely clean and peaceful hotel...great triple room for us as a family 👪 was perfect..great service and bar area. Food was good value and great offerings ..we went to salopena beach and was good to stay here x

Un sevicio y atencion fantastica, es un buen lugar para visitar Bilbao, el metro a 3 minutos a pie. Lo único negativo es la falta de bar/restaurante.

Hotel limpio, igualmente las habitaciones, bastante espaciosas, gran ventana, aire acondicionado regulable en cada habitación. En recepción tardaron mucho en tomar nuestros datos, y eso que teníamos la reserva de antemano.
La cafetería a las 10 de la noche te dicen que han cerrado cocina de una manera bastante borde. Si se puede, hacer reserva para evitar ésto es lo mejor.
La ubicación es bastante mala, puesto que está apartado de todo, para el transporte público hay una caminata.
Lo bueno es que en la calle hay mucho sitio para aparcar el coche, y también tienen parking propio.

Hotel no acorde al lugar donde está. Es una zona industrial y tranquila, pero en 10 minutos estás en el centro de Bilbao. Habitaciones muy prácticas, amplias, limpias y bastante bien insonorizado. Fuimos con mascota (perro) y niño, y el trato genial. Todos los empleados tuvieron una sonrisa o una caricia para ellos, desde la dirección del hotel a las camareras de piso. Desayuno variado, la única pega es que cambien el jamón serrano (demasiado blando). Gracias!!

Es un hotel de tres estrellas y hace honor a ello. La habitación es muy amplia con una mesa de estudio con silla y un sofá. El baño amplio también con una ducha hermosa. Fuimos en metro pero me resultó un poco larga la pasarela de la parada de Urbinaga., Se tardan 10 min. Lo mejor es el Bus, a 3 min hay una parada que se ve desde el hotel. Autobuses a Bilbao, Barakaldo, Sestao y Santurtzi. Es tranquilo al estar apartado de la población. No hay nada cerca, ni bares, ni tiendas...Aunque Sestao está a unos 15 min andando, no es recomendable. Es la zona más deprimida y además de sin rehabilitación desde que la floreciente industria metalúrgica y se ve gris, las gentes que lo habitan son de muy bajos recursos. Es la peor zona de la margen izquierda. Pero el hotel está genial.
El precio está bastante bien.

Hotel bastante nuevo, habitaciones grandes y cómodas. Atención muy buena, sobretodo el maitre, muy majo. El metro está a menos de 10 minutos andando y hay sitio para aparcar sin problema en la calle. Lo recomiendo

Magnífico hotel muy tranquilo, con habitaciones amplias, limpias y muy confortables. El personal es muy amable y atento, especialmente el señor encargado del restaurante. Es cierto que está algo aislado, pero bien comunicado por tren de cercanías y autobús a tan sólo cinco minutos andando. La relación calidad/precio es excelente.

Habitación perfecto y limpio

La atención, estupenda. Habitación amplia y limpia. Estás un poco lejos del centro de Sestao, pero muy asequible.
