Rooms have a very pleasant and cozy feeling, everything is super clean and modern looking. Staff was good, breakfast was great (self service, wide range of food and drinks). Really enjoyed my stay here. One thing of note; english is lacking with staff, except at the reception where it was good.

I booked a 2 nights stay at this hotel and it was really worth it. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable and wide. I found the staff to be really kind and helpful. The advise on where to park was perfect for us. The breakfast offers a wide variety of tasteful options but, just to mention where it can be improved, the pastries are not as good as the rest of the food. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel before christmas, because we were in town for an athletic event. The hotel, was in a great location, especially for us, because it was close to the center of the city, and also close to the event. The hotel room was very clean and nice, and i really can't skip the fact of how huge the bed was. All the staff was really nice, and helpful at all times. The restaurant was also great. The only thing that we did not like, was that we could hear everything the neighbors did and said, all day and night. In general, i can say i was impressed by the hotel, and if we ever came back to valladolid, we will definately stay here again.

The hotel is very well located on a beautiful avenue. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities you can expect from a four star hotel. Only a coffee maker was missing, but that seems to be the norm in Spain. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately it were two septate beds and sperate mattresses. The layout of the hotel is very compact. So all the rooms are very close to the two elevators.

Very good hotel in centre of city. Good value, especially with the breakfast included. Car parking at reasonable rate.

Very nice and comfortable hotel next to the Plaza de toros and Corte Inglès store department. Upon arrival I was received with a smile and quite professionally, almost impossible nowadays wherever you go to find professionals. The room was quite big and the online deal gave me a quite affordable room. Very recommended.

We stayed 6 days in this hotel, and everything were very nice. I do not hesitate to suggest people

Un hotel rancio y sin cuidado. Dista mucho a nivel de calidad de un cuatro estrellas, sean o no los goya. Menos mal que el servicio / todo el personal del hotel fue maravilloso, amable y entregado. En especial agradecer el trato de Alfonso, Ana y Maja, de recepción. Personal dedicado, con paciencia y mucho aguante. Gracias a ellos volveria a repetir mi estancia. En lo que respecta al hotel, repito, no es un ni un tres estrellas.

Nada que objetar para un **** de ciudad.
Todo a mano. Desayuno muy variado y de calidad. Habitación limpia y confortable. Baño con bañera amplio. El servicio de su personal muy procesional, amable y cercano. Coincidimos con selección de Fútbol de Serbia, muy amables y atentos.

Hotel muy bonito, limpio y que huele genial. Atención muy buena y amable. Reservamos a última hora y sin ningún tipo de problema. Con parking privado y otro a 1 minuto al lado del corte inglés 24h en caso de que el del hotel esté completo. Estancia muy agradable y habitación muy cómoda con nevera incluida en la habitación.

No entiendo la política de gimnasio del hotel. Dependiendo de como se haga la reserva tienes derecho a la entrada al centro deportivo El Palero, o no. En cambio si filtras en cualquier página por hotel con gimnasio, sale este hotel.
Hasta ahora siempre me había cubierto la entrada al centro deportivo, hasta esta semana que no ha sido así.
Viajo dos veces al mes a Valladolid por trabajo y por supuesto deja de ser una de mis preferencias ...prefiero ir a un hotel donde no me pongan tantas trabas para poder hacer deporte.

Chambre spacieuse, très propre.
Petit déjeuner complet et diversifié, rien à dire.
Parking privé en sous sol mais payant par contre.
Personnel attentionné et courtois.
