The whole hotel is lovely and the rooms are big. The staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful (-: And the location is great - 10min walk tops from every important site in center Leon.

Great place and location. Rooms are small and the layout is srange. But, service is great and everything is what you expect from a competent and friendly staff.

Wow! The inside is tastefully decorated while keeping the old style architecture…a good marriage of style and elegance. Very clean, staff was charming, breakfast had a good selection that should please most palates. Look up when you walk inside the lobby as you have a great photo opportunity! Rooms were fresh and clean. Bed was comfortable. The bath had grips for showering but be mindful as when you get wet it is still a little slippery (just don’t dance). There are no safety railings but the sink is close by. We stayed on the 5th floor and got a nice view of the apartments across the street! Good closet and drawer space. The toilet is separate from bath, a nice plus. There is a minibar. For coffee and tea lovers no machine in the room. However the water was hot enough that we made a good tea as we bring our own tea bags. Enough space to lay out two suitcases. We were able to exercise in the room with our tubing. The windows opened, but watch carefully if you have children or balance issues! Centrally located to the major tourist attractions, bars, and restaurants.

This hotel is beautiful! It is located close to every major attraction in Leon. The breakfast offers many options and the food is very good. The bed linens and pillows are higher end than one usually finds at similar hotels. My only complaint concerns a middle aged man at reception. He was very rude to me on two occasions and demanded that I move to a different location in front of his small counter to accommodate him. There was no logical reason for his demand other than some desire to exert power over a woman. He did not show the respect and warmth one usually finds in the Spanish hospitality industry. I hope that management will work to help him improve his customer service skills.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location for the centre of Leon. Rooms are spacious and beds super comfortable. It's quiet during the night and the breakfast is the best I had in any hotel that I stayed at in Spain. The only downside was that there is only one small lift for a busy eight floor hotel.

I stayed here for three nights due to business reasons and my room was booked by local partner company. Hotel is very, very clean and tidy with fast internet and very friendly stuff. I had a very comfortable room with big 120-cm beds. Breakfast was served on remarkable way and the overall feeling was more like 5-star hotel than 4-star. In overall, this hotel is an excellent place to stay and price-to-value ratio is really excellent.

Excellent location and very comfortable. What makes this 5 star is the people who work here. The staff at reception in particular were fantastic - always went above and beyond, even with requests outside of hotel services. Special mention to Estafania - thanks for all of your help.

Great hotel in the centre of Leon. Stuff very friendly and helpful. They take covid measures very seriously. Rooms are perfect (try to ask for the las floor room to have some views). Just the inconvenience of the parking if you go by car . You must pay 14€ per day extra for the hotel parking.

Loved this hotel. We were on a motorcycle tour and it was excellent for walking into Leon for evening meal and drinks.

Clean, classy, and close to many downtown tourist attractions in Leon... It is an excellent price for the location and service! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Stayed there for 3 nights during San Froilan festival Oct2015. It was very clean, staff were helpful. Quite the change from staying in albergues.

Great hotel. Close to downtown and 10 minutes of the railway station. They are renew many parts of the hotel.
