This old lake bed is now serving the people in town for the best city run ground. It's good to be covered by a bicycle because on foot it might be hours depending on your speed. Minimum one and a half. And although there are things to see, it's not all that amazing and there aren't many benches. There is a restroom you can use for free but it's public so have that in mind. On both ends are the biopark and the art museum which together with the park form the top 3 reasons to visit Valencia.

Wonderful green space cutting through the city. Lots of different plant life, beautiful water features & lots of places to walk, jog, cycle.
There are also lots of sporting facilities (football, rugby, tennis etc). And lastly the iconic City of Arts and Sciences at the end of the park.

This is a must-see when visiting Valecia. This park is one of the most beautiful I have seen during my many travels. The many benches to sit on, coupled with the beautiful vegetation and foliage is unlike any other park I have seen in Europe.

We had a lovely ride 10.5 kms and saw many great sites. Be careful of the large tourist groups of cyclists. Im so glad it’s a green space.

Valencia's largest park that extends outside of the city limits as well. It spans over 9 kilometers within the city, from the seashore to the Bioparc.

There are running paths, cycling paths, and walking paths from one end to another. Almost all areas can be used for picnics and relaxation. In addition, there are many children's playgrounds and dog parks scattered throughout the park.

More centrally, there are football, rugby, and baseball fields that are used by children and adults for practice and actual games.

This massive long park has every convenience and facilities for all ages. It has bike and jogging trails, picnic spots, open air gym, lazy river, fields for popular group sports .. it is one very impressive active park.

It is one of the largest urban natural parks in Spain. This park was created in 1986 on the river bed exposed when the Turia River turned toward the south of the city through the South Plan after the great flood in 1957. Green space occupies most of the area. If you take a walk, you can pass through the City of Arts and Sciences and reach Poblats Marítims, which touches the Mediterranean Sea.

It's worth a visit for sure, a welcomed bit of nature in the busy city. Its 9km with lots of sporting activities, a plethora of picnic benches, and seating along the way.
For the tree lovers a great selection of disiduaous, and evergreens with a large variation of palm 🌴. Bike and running lanes throughout. A great example to other built-up cities.

Honestly jardins del turia are amazing, level of infrastructure for pedestrians is just crazy, separate paths for runners and bikes, many playgrounds, and of course city of arts and sciences, it looks amazingly big, and modern. but continuing jardins del turia are great place to chill and relax.

Very big and pretty park in Valencia. Worth a visit if in town. It goes from north to sound but try to visit at least a small section.

La ciudad de las Ciencias, Valencia Spain . People is very friendly. The month of January is a little bit colder than the rest of the year, but you still can take long walks in this beautiful side walk in the City of Cience. You can find hundreds of restaurants around the area where they have an amazing menu to choose from. Very cozy town ☺

This old river turned into a park is the perfect location to go on a bike along. No matter the direction you will find different activities along the paths. One of the top to-do activities I would recommend in Valencia.

The Túria river park is an absolute highlight in Valencia. The city redirected the river decades ago due to some horrible floods. They repurposed the river bed as a park with countless recreational opportunities. Cycling, soccer, running, baseball, playgrounds, etc. in all it’s close to 18 miles long !! Some of the original bridges remain going back to the 1500s. It truly is an oasis accessible from anywhere in the city. Rent a bike and follow it all the way to the beach ! Or just hang out under a tree with friends.
