Everything was amazing.
The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, the hour in the spa (included in the price of the room) accompanied by the tea and cookie served during the experience was a bliss, and the massage we booked as extra was also of very high quality. The pools of the spa are superb and the location is ideal. Great value for money!

I highly recommend this place.

My friend and I had a great baños/ spa experience topped by a delicious Moroccan tea and superb service from a polyglot who happened to be a receptionist. Highly recommended to visit the spa.

A great place to feel special at a reasonable price! The rooms are uniquely and tastefully designed, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The room rate includes an hour in the beautiful Arabian baths.

Perfect relaxing experience. We came for a day trip from Madrid and did the soak and massage. It was amazing, everyone was very friendly and they spaced the entrance of people so we weren’t sharing the space with others. Great time and highly recommended. Prices are very reasonable as well

We had a great stay at the riad, which included a one hour hammam. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfy, which was a great surprise (I don't usually sleep very well in Hotel rooms, but I did here). It was also very clean. The hammam was also great, we could've stayed there the whole day! I've been to other hammams before in other cities and this one was one of the best, the pools have a good size and it's very cozy. We were early morning there and we had it all to ourselves... Very luxurious. We can fully recommend both, the riad and the hammams, we will come back next time we are in Toledo.

EXCELLENT experience and messages! Absolutely a must try in Toledo!

I am not a massage person -- I rather don't like them and avoid them and decided to try this here because it was highly recommended and my husband really wanted to do a couples massage. It was an excellent decision. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. You enter in and change into your bathing suit, offered a comfortable soft towel and slippers. You make your way into the pools area which is FABULOUS. Absolutely stunning ambiance and very relaxing and soothing. Then you get a snack of delicious mint tea and cookies and get walked up to your massage. The masseuses were very professional, asking what kind of massage you want and mine was super understanding of my bad shoulder. It was a soothing, wonderful, incredible experience. We loved it so much we actually came back the next day again!!!

Cannot wait to visit Toledo again and go back -- definitely top of my list to visit again and I highly HIGHLY highly recommend!!!!

Such a nice place! I had a really good time here. I booked the 1 hour bath and the 25 minute massage and it was definitely worth it.

There are 3 different pools, one is at a medium temperature, another one is ice cold and a third really warm one. There’s also a steam bath which is especially nice in combination with the cold pool.

I also got a small tea pot and some cookies for myself in the relaxation area which was nice after taking a bath.

I definitely recommend this place, especially because the prices are so fair.

An excellent place, with historic past, carefully restored and well maintained. Many thanks to Mario, who went an extra mile to help resolve the issues with the internet connection. Overall, a very enjoyable place stay, and the baths are worth visiting even if you don't stay at the hotel.

A great and central location for discovering the historic parts of Toledo. Access to Toledo was by high-speed direct train from Madrid (Atocha), which takes about 30-minutes, followed by a leisurely 30-minute walk (mostly uphill!) to the old town. If you've got luggage, I recommend you take a taxi, as dragging your suitcases uphill and across cobbled streets is not much fun.

We had booked two nights in the accompanying Riad (hotel), which is situated above the baths. Access to the baths were included with the stay (up to one hour per day) and this was a great extra to the reservation which we took advantage of during our stay. We also paid a supplement for a 25-minute couple's massage (EUR 40) and our hosts were kind enough to book our complementary one-hour bath session immediately after the massage. Whether you pay for access to the peaceful baths or you use the complementary access as part of your Riad stay, 30-minutes into your bath session you are served tea and biscuits, which is a nice touch (and a good way to keep note of the time if you have other things planned).

With regards to the Riad stay, the room was very comfortable and calming. We stayed in the deluxe double room (the 'Azahar'). Quite possibly as a result of the building shifting, some of the doors may prove stiff to open and close (notably the door to the balcony and the bathroom in our room), so a little care must be taken as to not damage the door handles and fittings if they don't open/close straight away. The bed was comfortable, though the mattress was a bit tired and on the soft side (and the bed frame appeared braced from the bottom with planks of wood). There is a mini-fridge with some water, beers and fruit juices provided, along with a coffee machine with pods and some teabags. We didn't use the TV or sound speaker, but those are provided if you need them.

We paid the supplement for the plentiful breakfast (EUR 10 per person, per day), though you must book well in advance, especially if you are planning to check in late, as the breakfast order needs to be in by a certain time in order to be delivered on the following morning at a specific time slot. The breakfast is cold, but there is quite a lot of it: toast with marmalade or butter, a large selection of fruits in the fruit salad, a large chicken and tomato pastry, a selection of sliced cold meats and cheese, selection of chocolate covered pastries and a large slab of carrot cake, fresh orange juice...!

The area is mostly quiet, except for the odd car or motorbike, so we were able to sleep fairly well, especially with with the blackout shutters. Quite a few shops and eateries are available within walking distance (5-10 minutes away), though if you are not used to hill-walking you may find access to/from the Riad a little difficult at first. If you plan to drive to the Riad, there doesn't appear to be parking readily available and there are restrictions in general with regards to car access to Toledo because of the historic buildings and nature of the old town's site. It is a location better discovered on foot anyway, but staff will direct you to taxis/buses if you need them.

Would definitely stay again. The staff were wonderful and were very helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was seamless and our bags were stored safely whilst waiting for our room to become available. For those worried about language (as their main website is only available in Spanish); my partner spoke to staff in Spanish, whilst I spoke in English, and they are very accommodating if you are learning/practicing your Spanish and don't force you to speak either or (I was addressed in English; my partner was addressed in Spanish).

Love love love this place. It smells amazing, the rooms are clean, and the staff are so nice.
Very helpful and accommodating.
The Arabic bath experience was very relaxing. The baths are for men and women and people go in with swimsuits. You get tea and cookies halfway through. The massage was done well.
Can’t wait to come back to this place. A must if you are staying in Toledo.

Wonderful place in the heart of Toledo
I would definitely come back to Medina Mudejar, for the great amenities including the Banios Arabico , complete with steam room and massage available for extra cost.
Baths were included with the price of the room. It was heavenly after a whole day of non stop sight seeing...
