Nienke and the staff were awesome during the whole week. Surf lessons tailored to individuals needs and always at the best surf spots for daily weather conditions.
Beautiful accomodation. Always super clean. Great food. Great atmosphere. I felt home during my time spent at Casa O'hana. Strongly recommended!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Casa Ohana, and hope to go back as soon as we can! The house is located in a beautiful small countryside town with rolling green hills, only a few minutes driving from the beach. The house is simply super charming, cozy and comfortable. Neinke and the crew that was staying there was so welcoming and we loved joining the Friday night dinner. She hooked us up with super high quality boards and wetsuits, and had everything we needed to equip our rental car to go surf (racks and lockbox). Thank you Nienke and team!!

I spent a week on an intermediate to advanced longboard coaching which had a guest coach, Chloe Calmon. The coaching exceeded all expectations! It included in water coaching, in-depth video analysis, an amazing photographer taking beautiful photos over the course of the week. The food was unbelievable, all vegetarian. The rooms were beautiful and clean. There are several hang out areas at the house to chill post surf. The team has an extremely relaxed vibe, which makes the week of intense coaching so enjoyable. The best coaching week I've ever done. Highly recommended! Can't wait to go back.

Casa Ohana is an amazing place to relax, work and discover the beautiful surroundings such as the nature park Oyambre. The host & staff are very friendly and they make anything possible for you to enjoy your time here. All in all, it’s a great place for people who value sustainability, nature and sports like yoga, long boarding and so on 😊

I went for a Longboard week and came home missing every one and every moment at Single Fin. The Longboard Coaching program is very comprehensive, extremely professional and everyone is truly dedicated in getting each participant to evolve. The surrounding are is beautiful, food is delicious, boards and material are top and there is absolutely nothing negative to point out. I guess if I was to go back and change anything it would have been the duration of my stay. One wee felt too little, could have easily stayed much longer and continue to have fun every day.

I had an unforgettable surf coaching week at Casa O’hana.
The posada is gorgeous and cozy in a quiet environment.
You can bike around or go for walks nearby and Nienke’s dog will show you the way!
The staff is so helpful and feels like family. Nienke, Pablo, Dennis and Josie shared so much knowledge and inspired all of us while improving our surfing.
I already booked my next trip!
Definitely a place like no other.

House was beautiful and very comfortable. Food was so delicious and there was so much of it, we were never hungry. The surf instructions was pitched to everyone’s level and I learned so much. I left knowing exactly what I need to work on and the tools to do it. I cannot recommend The Single Fin experience enough.. brilliant!!!

The caserio is lovely, and the rooms are comfortable. House located in a beautiful area just a few minutes from the sea.

Ideal if you want to surf.

Casa 'Ohana is a beautiful rural house located in El Parque Natural de Oyambre. The surroundings are magical, with the Picos de Europa as a dramatic backdrop. Comillas and San Vicente de la Barquera are 2 pretty villages in the area which are definitely worth visiting (8 - 15 min. by car). Last but not least it's located pretty well to some really amazing surf spots.

Nienke and het team are doing an amazing job running the place so whether you want to explore the surroundings or joining one of the longbaord surf coaching weeks you will find yourself in a place which is hard to leave.

For the second time a great week of surf coaching with Nienke and her team. The location of the house is wonderfull, the vega food is awesome and rooms are clean en spacious. Of you want to improve your longboard surfing , this is the place to be.

A dream spot. Wonderful surf, kind and friendly people, good food and cozy atmosphere. Relaxing and revitalizing all at once. The highlight was definitely surfing with Nienke. I will be back for sure!

What a great place to visit! Casa Ohana is a beautiful house perfectly located in nature. If you walk down you enter the forest immediately, it is perfect for a nice walk with your dog or a bike ride. The beach is not far either, only 10 minutes by car and you arrive at Oyambre beach. I also liked the food, you can book diner and breakfast. It is super tasteful.

Enjoyed my stay at Casa Ohana to the fullest. The hotel is located just outside Comillas and it offers some incredible scenery. The interior and garden did not dissapoint either. Nienke is a fantastic host. In short, a great get-away for those eager to surf, but also for enjoying other outdoor sports and activities or some proper chill-time!
