Great stop on the Camino, hard to fault this place. Staff were all excellent, especially Marta on reception who went out of her way to help me with my taxi to Oviedo.

It's such a lovely hotel on the plaza. We are doing the Camino and they were so kind and welcoming. We arrived just before 4 pm when the restaurant was about to close and had the best meal we have had in Spain of genuine Asturias food. The hotel room was stunning and incredibly cheap..best hotel in Spain so far. Do not miss the restaurant!

After a long day walking in the rain on the Camino, there is nothing better than staying in a clean, beautiful and friendly hotel. We walked in and were able to get a gorgeous corner bedroom with a big canopy bed and an equally big bathroom and tub. It felt so nice to get clean and feel human again. The hotel has a beautiful dinning room and an excellent menu of local fare. Our waiter was very patient with our poor Spanish. The cheese plate was excellent and the seafood soup was so very flavorful. The bed and pillows were beyond comfortable. A nice little breakfast in the morning and we were on our way, sad to leave such a beautiful place. Would certainly stay again!

We had a fabulous 1 night stay on our Camino. Lunch was absolutely excellent. Our room was very good. Great amenities and so quiet.
Dinner unfortunately was very disappointing. After lunch scored 10/10, dinner got 2/10. Breakfast was good.

Sometimes you enjoy a stay in a hotel so much that you will go out of your way to visit it again.
This is just such a hotel.
Great welcome, staff (and owner), room, and food.

Unique dinner with outstanding service and great taste. Hotel surprisingly well maintained. A must stop for Spain adorers

Stayed in the Albergue as a pilgrim which was very well setup and clean. Loved that you also have access to the hotel's Sauna which was great after a long days walk. Note that while the bathrooms are very nice they are shared by both sexes.

The restaurant is also very nice though the set menu was just of Okay quality. Make sure you ask for salt and vinegar if you choose to eat here.

This time I wanted to try the Fabada as they got the prize as the best one in 2019
Everything was super well done
Not fan of the seafood salad but it was okay
The Croquetas of ham are handmade as it should and the taste was 9/10 , but the Fabada was a easy 11 over 10 !!
Damn , is a prize Fabada so everything is on place with a proposal

Also a big mention to the bar tender ,the boxing guy expert in whiskeys! We had a great chat taking some cocktails after the dinner

We love this Palace Hotel and Restaurant. Stay/eat here if you're on the Camino to Santiago, Tineo or beyond, and you'll leave with a smile. Well decorated and well staffed: a warm, friendly, professional vibe awaits. Did I mention the restaurant? Outstanding. NB: for those familiar with cured Spanish meats, one of the many things Tineo Tune is famous for is its chosco and feria de san roque in August

Amazing Hotel, with Amazing Food & Amazing Staff who are always friendly & make sure you have a comfortable stay.
