Estrella Rent a Car

I have been renting my cars with Estella every month now for the past 4 months and I can honestly say that renting with these guys is a breeze. The most important thing is good communication and the team are excellent. Easy pick up, low rates, good cars - everything you need. Thank you to the team at Estrella for taking the stress out of car rental. Please note that this is not a premium high cost car rental company based on site at Malaga airport. They are off site but will bring the car to the public parking for you - all helps to keep costs down. It's very easy to collect and no lines to wait in at the airport. Ideally suited for people looking to travel or base themselves East of Malaga.

I have been holidaying in the Costa del Sol in Andalucia for the past 8 years and previously used another car rental company near to Malaga airport. I used to hate the scramble for the mini-bus and the queues at the rental office, followed by the hard sell of the insurance, which always bumped the quoted price up. This year Estrellarent car hire was recommended to me by the manager of the villa my wife and I stay at. I booked the car by email and received a prompt reply to confirm. Two days before departing I received very clear instructions on where to collect the car at Malaga airport. I was then asked just to pop in to the office to pay within a couple of days of arrival. I did email my passport and driving licence details in advance. At the office, which is located in Algarrobo, near Velez Malaga and easy to get to, I paid the quoted price, no hidden extra or hard sell. I was simply told to return the car with half a tank of fuel which is how much it had when I collected it. I was then given given very comprehensive instructions on how to return the car. These included photos of the road signs I had to follow. The whole experience was totally stress free. The car, a Citroen Elysee was nearly new, clean inside and out and very well maintained. I am happy to recommend Estrellarent to anyone travelling to Malaga Aiport.

Faultless service as usual. Rang them at 10.30 this morning and was on the road in one of their hire cars by 12.45. Highly recommended

Seit Jahren buchen wir unsere Autos immer bei Estrella. Gesprochen wird spanisch, englisch und deutsch und somit kann man sich ohne Sprachkenntnisse auch gut so verständigen.
Estrella ist immer freundlich und es gab bisher noch immer eine Lösung, egal ob mehrere Autos, weil viele Personen oder sehr kurzfristige Anreisen, es hat immer alles perfekt geklappt.
Alleine, dass die Autos bereits zum Flughafen gebracht werden, ist eine absolute Empfehlung werd. Nach Landung kann es somit sofort losgehen, von den tollen, exakten Beschreibungen ganz zu schweigen.
Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung. Herzlich, freundlich und eben ein kleineres Unternehmen aus Algarrobbo costa anstatt die großen Mietwagenfirmen.

Sehr unkomplizierte und äußerst freundliche Autovermietung! Den Wagen am Flughafen ohne Personenkontakt unkompliziert übernommen und den Vertrag erst bei der Rückgabe unterschrieben. Hatten zwar Ausweise gemailt, aber den Wagen ohne Kaution bekommen. Am Ende anstatt 210,- nur 180€ bezahlt, da Ende der Hauptsaison. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Der Wagen war nebenbei auch noch top.
Absolut empfehlenswert, sehr familiär!

Wir haben mehrere Wohnungen und zwei Autos gemietet. Es ist alles super gelaufen. Die Ferienwohnungen sind sauber und alles nötige ist vorhanden. Auch die Autos sind, für spanische Verhältnisse, in einem top Zustand. Auch Kindersitze waren weder bei den Leihwagen noch beim Transfer ein Problem.
Es wurde auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen und estrella stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Man kann hier nur eine ganz klare Empfehlung aussprechen.

He estado alquilando mi automóvil con Estella durante los últimos 3 años y puedo decir honestamente que alquilar con estos tipos es una brisa. Lo más importante es una buena comunicación y el equipo es excelente. Tarifas, buenos autos: todo lo que necesita. Gracias al equipo de Star por sacar el estrés del alquiler de automóviles. Nous avons loué pour une première fois à Estrella une compagnie qui n'est pas international et nous avons été surpris du bon service comparé aux autres compagnies de location. Service d'accompagnement de notre appartement à l'aéroport sans frais supplémentaires. Prix excellent.

Super Service, alles per E-Mail, unkompliziert. Preis i.O., kein Aufschlag für Kindersitz. Alles wie vereinbart.
Wir wurden sogar aus unserem Urlaubsort (Rincon der la Victoria) abgeholt. Sprachen Deutsch u Englisch
waren kein Problem. Estrella ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
