AC Hotel by Marriott Coslada Aeropuerto

Carmen checked us in last night from a trip of a life time. She was so helpful, nice, and made us felt welcomed. After talking with her about our trip she seemed so happy for us. She is what coustmer service is all about. Thank You Carmen!!!

5 minutes by car from the Airport. Nice food and internal covered parking.

Simply the best of this hotel is the people. At the reception. Great welcome, and the woman at the picture really made my day after a long travelling. The menu is nice if you stay 1 or max 2 nights. The steak. Maybe me to blame..the first time. Just cold.. like.. really cold. I ask for really raw. But still suspected a little warm.. but with the help of the lady.. it came back perfect. There could be some vegetables.. and the fries were not really fries.. but ok. As said, service is just great . Location makes you have no option. You stuck in the hotel.. isolation for the noise.. forget it.. being at the airport.. you will know. I honestly was waiting for a signal when I needed to open my door so the plane could go through my room..and sorry to say. I would not understand anyone who would like this chicken menu 😉

The rooms are very nice and clean. Beds and furniture is comfortable. Nespresso in the room is a plus. Good internet connection.
Plenty of secure underground parking although the room key card doesn't work so you have to buzz in each time.
The rooms do not have many outlets and no USB chargers installed where most hotels have some. If you are international, definitely bring some travel adapters for your devices.
They have a full restaurant for lunch and dinner which is decent food and it's open pretty late. There is a breakfast buffet that I was not too impressed with (no eggs or good meat selection) for the cost it was not worth it. The wait staff were super nice and helpful though so that makes up for it a bit.
Overall I really enjoyed staying here but would likely pass on the breakfast next time and go somewhere local.

This was a nice stay, particularly because we had access to the airport shuttle which came in handy for us. It leaves every half an hour!

From start to finish it was an amazing trip it seems like only yesterday I switched from Hilton to Marriott and have never looked back. Being on the road a lot makes it hard to find that place that feels just right but no matter if it’s for business or pleasure they always make us feel welcomed. The services there are top notch as one would expect but they always go above and beyond to make you feel like you really belong as part of the family. From knowledgeable employees to fantastic dishes there’s a plethora of knowledge sitting at your disposal all you need to do is ask.

Beautiful hotel. They upgraded us and the room was so nice and clean. Great AC. Good amenities. Excellent service and a free shuttle to the airport.

Clean, spacious rooms. Fantastic bathrooms. All the toiletries (including toothbrush and toothpaste). Small gym with sauna. Very friendly helpful staff. It is FAR from the city but closer to the airport (just get a cab). The only complaint was the car rental company who is just renting space and not affiliated

My first experience in an AC property. It was a good one. Spent two nights. Close to Barajas airport. Excellent business and leisure stay. Close to metro station. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Coffee and snacks available in the bar/restaurant area. Pleasant stay. Nice room that was clean and well serviced. Gives Marriott a good name and would recommend.

Good hotel. I didn’t stay in here but my friends were happy. But bar is good. Friendly service and English language is not issue.

Excellent quality for price in Madrid. New hotel, great services. Close to fast roads. The place has car rental service "Centauro" that very recommended - a lot of hybrid cars, fair prices, free shuttle service from/to airport, free parking lot. Recommended!

Very carefully and nice room

One of the best hotel, very comfortable bed and nice bathroom with all the toiletries. Breakfast is very good and area is perfectly clean. Shuttle service from and to Airport is free.

The hotel and staff were very nice. Wish I'd noticed the airport shuttle was by appointment only. Fortunately the taxi to and from wasn't too expensive.
