Hello,

The Toshiba service when buying products through their distributor net is alarming!

I bought a 40” TV Toshiba 40L2863DG
In October 2019.
By arrival Tv was broken!
No picture.

I have had a service technician taking the Tv for 1 week. Tv was returned by courier even more broken.
We have called distributor Tienda First at least 50 times!
Do I have to go through a litigation to get what I have paid for?
