Les Escales Bistró

A wonderful detour when driving north! Such delicious, simple, and well thought out meals. Easy for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. The menu del dia was easy to choose from and couldn't help but take some breads (gluten free pictured here) for later.

Súper nice place offering a mixture of vegan and vegetarian food but with the possibility to have meat as well. Menu del dia was great as was the pizza.

After almost 2 years of dining here and recommending this fantastic bistro to friends and family, I've decided to leave my first online review, why?
Because we've just got home after eating what can only be classified as "The Best Cannelloni I've had in my entire life"!
As usual our lunch began with one of their amazingly combined and balanced vegetable cream soups, Parsnip and Apple with finely chopped fresh chives and a few pomegranate arils to add to decoration and taste. Delicious is an understatement.

The combination of top quality minced beef, a lack of (typical) béchamel overload, delicious cheddar-like melted cheese and the mouth watering addition of the gravy-influenced stock is what made the cannelloni so unique and at least five steps above any traditional concoction of the same dish...

To finish up, we had the stunning pumpkin, orange and chocolate dessert.

One thing I know for sure, but continue to have no doubt about is that, if I lived a little closer, I could probably eat at Les Escales at least once a day!!!

Lovely Cafe with tasty pastries and little savory cakes, pizzas. Good atmosphere

Most excellent. We came from the city, looking for local fare, and found it! Casual restaurant, delicious food, nice people.

Very good pizza with an option of glutenfree and / or without milk. Parking nearby. Very friendly people. On picture top pizza without milk, bottem pizza without gluten.

A little treasure in the heart of La Floresta. Although not the easiest to arrive by public transportation this is a MUST! Both brunch (or breakfast) and lunch are very healthy and tasty. The atmosphere is very cozy, a mix of vintage, industrial and plants. The waiters are very kind. They have a tiny shop at the entrance with cute stuff. Be aware, there are stairs at the front, but you can access them with a wheelchair or trolley by the back door.
Best to ask for:
- soup of the day
- empanadas
- desert: get the truffles!

Stopped in to meet a friend for coffee and stayed for lunch / menu del dia. Everything was fantastic, tasty, fairly priced and service is friendly. We will definitely be back!

A gem in the woods. If life brings you in this area- do not miss this cozy place. Healthy, original food. Super friendly staff. The place: you got to see it. The tables on the stairs itself deserve a place in the “world’s places to visit”

Total chance that we chose this place and really happy with it. Bistro, laid back, home-cooked feel on a mainly veg and compact menu. The empanadas and veggie burger were tasty and filling. The service was so friendly and chilled - great vibe. Place kind of looks like someone's house from the 50's, with the soul to match.

Lovely little place in between the hills. Nice home cooking with reasonable prices. We hiked an hour from Les Planes station to reach this little heaven break, before heading back to the city

Great service and atmosphere. Healthy options from hummus to real fruit smoothies to muesli. Carrot cake muffin was delicious.

Absolutely amazing vegan choice and perfectly fine for English-speaking people as most of the staff speak very good English. Reasonably priced and friendly atmosphere.

It was very very good. The place is very nice and with a lot of charm, and
the staff very kind. But the most important the food was very delicious, both the salty and the sweet.
