Absolutely fascinating. We had great experience and incredible service. Quiet, beautiful and very comfortable place with chimney and board game room. Delicious food and perfect atmosphere to relax. Not enough words to express what a great time we had here. The staff was extremely kind,friendly and open. We enjoyed a lot and definitely will visit again.

Lovely staff and great food in the restaurant. Beautiful location with views to mountains and hills. The road in was winding and narrow but not too scary, I’m glad we didn’t come across other traffic. We brought the car in to unload but then moved it to a signposted area at the start of town. Watch out for free roaming horses around the town entrance.

This charming little hotel is not on the main road, but if you are in this area it should really be considered to stay here! An enthusiastic hostesses welcomed us upon arrival and throughout our hole stay we felt very welcome. The room was spacious and clean, and had a nice outlook over the valley. Also there was a nice balcony outside the room where a fresh coffee could be enjoyed in the morning sun. The restaurant was also better than expected and was serving food at a high standard, e.g. the bacalao served with spinach, pine nuts and raisins was remarkable well tasting! English was not a well known language at this place, but thanks to google translate, patients and a good laugh we managed the communication with the staff quite well. This is definitely a hotel we would love to visit again!

Loved our stay at this clean, beautiful historical hotel. The staff warmly welcomed us and our husky puppy, even inviting us all into the dining room. Delicious Catalan cuisine for dinner and breakfast too!

Wonderful location with views of the mountains of Cadi. Lovely hotel with a kind and generous host. The food is very good and worth the drive, even if you are not staying here.

We loved this place!!! Every single person working here was beyond kind. They let me practice my Spanish, and when I struggled, they were patient and helped me through it. They did speak English, but I wanted to work on my grammar. They brought our food up to our room because we were both working, surprised us with a welcome snack, and were so much fun to talk with!

The views here were incredible. Snow-capped mountains with horses? Yes please. Thousands of stars at night? You bet.

Wifi worked on the terrace really well for me, not so much for my boyfriend. His worked pretty well from the bedroom, mine, not at all.

Food was really good, just a little much for our digital nomad budget and only a few vegetarian options, but they made it work and offered other options to us.

The breakfast was really nice. Yogurt, fruit, cheese (and meats for those who care to enjoy), toast, fresh tomatoes, coffee, and juice. Lots to do around the area. We decided to walk across the Spanish-Andorran border, but they told us there was plenty of hiking, kayaking, etc., in the area and I can totally see it. What a location!

There is a dog on site (sometimes two!), and chickens. I wanted to take the dogs home with me!! They were so well-behaved. The chickens laid fresh eggs!

Would highly recommend this place. Just the right amount of distance away from everything, but close enough to enjoy.

Its an easy-to-find lost-in-the-mountains place. Decoration is beautiful, very clean, the atmosphere is nice, the owners are extremely attentive and good cooks. Overall was a great experience, such as i didn't want to leave!

Fue un viaje sorpresa, y valió muchísimo la pena! Un lugar muy bonito y muy tranquilo donde desconectar del bullicio de la ciudad.
Destacable la simpatía y amabilidad del personal, que te hacen sentir como en casa.
Habitaciones cómodas, y una sala de estar con fuego a tierra, maravilloso para las noches de invierno.
Comimos allí un par de veces, y todo delicioso, sobre todo el fundido de queso! 😍

Fin de semana de relax y desconexión en pareja.
Solo llegar la cocinera super atenta y amable, nos ayudo a subir las bolsas a la habitación, nos enseño la habitación al detalle. Por cierto, cocina estupendamente y unos platos super bien presentados. Silvia y compañia unos encantos, parecia que nos conociera de toda la vida, mira que el hotel y el entorno es de 5☆ Pero el personal es de 10☆. Para colmo nos nevo y pudimos disfrutar de unas fotos preciosas, volveremos sin dudarlo.

Como siempre la mejor opción és venir a este encantador lugar. Comida muy buena, hotel con mucho encanto en un lugar precioso. Las chicas que lo regentan muy amables y te hacen sentir como en casa…

Esoectacular hosteria en un lugar magnífico. Tranquilidad y unas vistas increíbles. El local muy acogedor el trato tanto a mi como a mi mascota muy familiar. Al fin hemos encontrado en la zona un local para encontrarse como en casa. Seremos habituales.
