Hotel Rural Font Del Genil

Found at the last minute having driven from Calais into Andorra. Lovely little hotel situated off the beaten track, excellent value for money, the owners/staff are very friendly and helpful, an evening meal can be had and eaten either inside or outside in a pleasant atmosphere.
Departure to our home address ( southern Spain) was made in a comfortable way.
I'm sure we will be returning this way in the future and this will be our stopover 👍👍👍
PS, we had our German Shepherd doggy with us... accepted without issue❤

Hotel Rural Font Del Genil is a gem. It is located in the most picturesque mediaeval stone house village in the Pyrenees. With views up to snow covered mountains, our stay was perfect. The three young people who hosted us were delightful. We had no Catalan language (sorry!) and they had minimal English but we were looked after perfectly. The room was beautiful. Ochre coloured walks, floor heated with views out to the mountains. Highly recommended as a really special experience.

Tucked away in a really beautiful setting, we had a wonderful stay, really delicious food in the restaurant and friendly staff. Definitely worth the stop if you are in Arseguel

If you are looking for a truly unique, quant, quiet, and historic location to stay I highly recommend this property. Plenty of room, great walking/hiking right from the property,
and access (by car) to large parks for real hiking and exploring. The team at the hotel could not be nicer. Thank you!

Amazing hotel in a very picturesque small town with lovely views of the mountains. We had a car as the location is quite remote. The hosts were so friendly and lovey. We didn’t speak Spanish but they helped us in English and with google translate. They were very helpful. Bed was comfortable and the restaurant in the hotel served delicious food. Goats cheese salad and cheese fondue is a must.

Hotel rural font del genil exceeded our expectations. Parking was easy, and dropping off luggage was easy as well. There is no elevator but the stairs are nice and wide. We had the room with mountain view which was beautiful in the morning. The shower had good pressure and was warm. The room thermostat was responsive. Above all the couple operating everything were super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is beautiful. Pity one of the hiking trails appeared to be closed off.

I LOVED everything about this place. Very nice and clean, beautiful views, welcoming staff. Great value for price, and excellent starting point for hiking near Cadi.

This hotel is a magical place. Arsèguel is one of the most beautiful and peaceful villages I have ever visited anywhere in the world. We stayed for two nights, and we will remember those nights fondly forever. The food at the restaurant was very good, and the service was always provided with a friendly and helpful smile. The bedrooms and bathrooms were delightfully clean, and the views from the windows and the balcony were so beautiful that they were like something out of a dream. We look forward to returning again soon. Thank you!

Wow! One of the best stays we visited with booking. It is located in beautiful and romantic little village. It has great views from the rooms and the terrace. The rooms are beautifully decorated. Very tasty breakfast. Such a hood value for the money. Definitely recommend!!!

A delightful and wonderfully charming small hotel with excellent food.
The couple that run this place were amazing, friendly, helpful and full of joy. What a place to get peace and use as a base to explore the mountains and only a short drive from Andorra. We loved our stay and are telling all our friends about it.

This small hotel is in a remarkably quaint little village with outstanding views of the cliffs of Cadi Moixero.The room was clean and comfortable with excellent beds, a lovely balcony with mountain views, and a good restaurant. The beef with red wine sauce is not to be missed. Excellent chicken croquetas. Overall, a lovely experience which we will be sure to repeat.

Had a wonderful time at Font Del Genil! The setting for the hotel is fabulous; the views don't get better. The couple who runs the hotel are very kind and accommodating and make excellent food. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous rural setting, fantastic food and delightful staff.

I love this place. We stayed 1 night and could get much more than our money’s worth. It was homey, clean hotel located in a old village. If I have a chance, I wanna enjoy the atmosphere again. In addition, the restaurant was very delicious.

A real mountain gem. 10/10 would stay again.
