Great! Unexpected campsite at the end of long roads in the midst of dried terrain and nothingness. It was a pleasant surprise. Large area with restaurant, shop, camper facilities, tennis court, and even a spiced up pool area with slides and a mini wet park for toddlers. Around 40 euros a night on Easter weekend with electricity (compulsory) included. Dogs are allowed which is lovely but they do bark in the morning and may wake you up at early hours in the morning.

We were here in our motor home. Plots are good size with larger plots for the Big Motorhome. Clean bathrooms and Showers, no Charge for hot Showers. Restaurant and small shop on site. Grey and toilet service included in price.
Staff have been very friendly and helpful. Good for Dogs with Dog walking from the site.

Campsite was clean. Pitches are a bit tight. Showers are cleaned regularly, windows and doors left open and no heating so it was a bit bracing to have a shower as it was Feb we visited, but the water was hot so soon got warm. The area at the back of campsite is full of plastic rubbish, and poly tunnels ripped at the side of campsite which kept us awake most nights flapping, it's a fabulous area though to walk, cycle. But you need a vehicle to see Almeria, nijar, mojacar is 1 hr away. The restaurant does fabulous tapas, and all the food we had was great. Sat night entertainment was fun, with some local Spanish joining in with dancing which made it for us. Will definitely return.

It's a great place for family camping! The staff are really friendly and they have loads of activities. The store owner lent us an airpump but the camp had nothing available. The roads are a bit tricky to go directly to town.

A disappointment at first due to the location, but a lovely, well stocked shop and gorgeous lady who works there (thank you for teaching us spanish and for your kindness). Nice pool and good cycling and easy access to the med. Ended up staying longer, very happy there , lots to explore.

A well managed site. Large well appointed pitches and good shower/toilet blocks - kept spotlessly clean. The pool is well maintained and large!
The site is fairly remote and it is a good walk to the nearest beach. The site was far from full when we visited.
The restaurant offered remarkable value and very good food. The on-site shop was well stocked and reasonably well priced.
We look forward to returning!

We stayed here in July 2019 with our large Motorhome. The site was lovely loads of amenities just out side the site beach on the door step , harbour with bars & restaurants was beautiful.
Local busses to Marbella & la calla just out side site. The fares were about €1.80 .
Beautiful restaurant Da Bruno attached to site a defiantly with a worth a visit but book it’s busy with locals every night .
The site is self was pleasant but the pitches very close with not much privacy, lucky we have a sun blind on our awning which gave us the privacy.
The toilets & showers were good cleaning all the time.
We would definitely stay again & recommend this site its central for every thing you might want .
Local super markets a stone throw we got a cab about 5 euros to the bigger local shops who delivered all our goods to the door.
You will definitely spoilt for choice of things to do .

Very nice place, the people are extremely helpful, the bathrooms and showers are squeaky clean, even in the evening. The little "supermarket" has a lot of stuff, open Sunday. Of course the prices are higher than Carrefour, but if you figure the trouble and expense of driving 25 km one way, it is certainly a good deal.

The campsite was really good, the public bathrooms and showers and also the bungalows were super clean! They had everything we needed and had also a good service. The kiosk on Site is enough to get the important things you need- would recommend!

We just love Camping Cabo De Gata. Best place ever. Lovely, large pitches and friendly people everywhere. Good for bicycle rides and walks down to the beach and beautiful Cabo De Gata town.Clean toilets and showers. Nice little grocery. The best place to stay when in Spain - camping.
