A beautiful yoga centre, calm, quiet and well cared for. Despite being on the main road of Altea, inside there is only silence. Lots of classes and social distancing measures in place.

The space is beautiful but even more amazing is Carolan, the Pilates teacher. Her classes are challenging but thoroughly enjoyable and educational. I highly recommend the classes and the center.
Es un centro / espacio precioso y las clases de Pilates son fenomenales. La profesora tiene una profesionalidad y una sabiduría excepcional. Muy recomendable

Una sala nueva hecha con buen gusto y acogedora. Voy a yoga con Nagore. Expectacular. Hay más clases, diferentes actividades y profesores.
