SCAM ALERT!!!
This factory sent us clean and good pictures for Crema Marfil Marble to finish a deal of 450 square meters, we have paid and advance payment as a bank transfer then we requested to have the tiles pictured before packing and shipping. all of a sudden he packed the tiles in boxes and loaded them in a container and took a picture of the container as it's ready for shipping, when we refused and holded the shipping to send someone for inspection, and opened the boxes that's what we have found (pictures and videos included).. Nothing high standard, most of the tiles are trash, cracked, broken and glued together, different colors, and ugly looking veins.. and he still claims that that trash was high standard quality and he is demanding to take the full payment of the full order and threatening us that he will make a lawsuit for us.
He was very rude, very nervous and load, he even closed the factory in the middle of the inspection, and wasn't so flexible to deal with.
An awful experience after dealing for 13 years with Italian and Spanish respectful companies, first time to experience such.
