I stumbled upon this incredible estate agent in Javea through a friend's recommendation when I was contemplating selling one of my properties in Spain. From the very beginning, they were not just friendly and knowledgeable but incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. What blew my mind was that they didn't accept a single cent of payment for their services! I'm still in disbelief.

These guys went above and beyond, guiding me seamlessly through the complexities of the selling process. Their expertise and dedication made a potentially stressful experience surprisingly smooth. I feel like I owe them a debt of gratitude, and the least I can do is write this glowing five-star review.

Thank you very much for your support and advice. For us it was the first real estate purchase in Spain and therefore of course particularly exciting, since the customs and security mechanisms to carry out a step by step transaction are quite different than in Germany. I just remember reservation fees, bank cheques and high advance payments. ;-)
This costs a bit of effort and a trust advance, but you gave us a good feeling and guided us well through it. We also had the impression that you understood our needs and requirements well and were able to make good suggestions. We thank you very much for that.

After the notary appointment, we are more convinced than ever that we have done everything right with that house.

Transparent, professional and extremely helpful agents to deal with. Nicolas (Nico) was extremely helpful and patient. Having spoken to a number of real estate agents it was refreshing to deal with one without feeling like you’re being put under pressure. The whole process was much more straightforward than I expected (due to Nico and his colleagues) and we were able to complete within the timeframe we wanted.
