Casa Museo Modernista

Beautiful house designed, decorated, and furnished in modernist (art nouveau) style. There was a very interesting talk in spanish by the knowledgeable curator. Well worth the small entrance fee.

Fantástico and beautiful place

I was absolutely amazed when I entered this house/museum. It's full of Art Deco treasures and has been immaculately restored. Well worth a visit.

Wonderful place to visit but cameras not welcome. Take in some beautiful architecture, Culture and atmosphere. Hidden in a row of buildings be sure not to miss this jewel.

Amazing house. The main floor is still with the modernist furnitures. They have timetables to visit, so check the web before arrive.

Immaculate art deco house preserved as a museum.

A beautiful art nouveau type house. Well preserved and a surprise to find in a small Spanish town. A complete change from the more common Spanish architecture and design. An interesting place to visit for a morning.

Such a nice surprise to find a place like this in this small village. The house is worth a visit. Entrance fee 2 €.

La casa es tan espectacular que si te gusta el modernismo te provocará un síndrome Stendhal. No dejan sacar fotos en el interior. Es totalmente recomendable dado que los ejemplos de casas modernistas intactas y amuebladas son escasísimas

Une magnifique maison moderniste meublée avec le mobilier d'époque. Ouvert de 11h à 14h sauf lundis. 3 €.

Muy bonita casa museo modernista, situada en el casco antiguo de la ciudad de Novelda.
Está muy bien conservada , incluyendo elementos cotidianos de la vida de aquella época.
La entrada cuesta 3€ y no es guiada pero si tienes alguna curiosidad una agradable guía te las contesta.
No puedes hacer fotos en el interior de la casa, sólo en el patio.
Recomiendo preguntar el horario con antelación, y aprovechar para dar una vuelta por el centro de la ciudad y el cercano santuario de estilo modernista
