From the start to the finish and beyond. Ben and Hanna have excelled themselves in every aspect of our buying experience. Every phone call was answered quickly, every message replied to without fail. They are professional, very knowledgeable, but most importantly, very approachable. It was also very evident, that they dealt with the elderly seller, in a caring and compassionate manner.
Months after the sale, Ben and Hanna have continued to support and guide us, with our new lives in Spain. The after sales care has been as excellent now, as it was in the beginning. From first meeting in a professional capacity, im happy to call them our friends.

Hanna and Ben provide an excellent service from initial queries to arranging viewings, recommending services to aid with the purchase, collection of the keys etc. and even practical help with settling in to living in Spain on arrival.
They have been responsive, cannot do enough to help and genuinely extremely helpful, warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t of wished for more. They have even helped with sourcing a garage to assist with my car, gardening services etc.

We have recently purchased a property in Hondon using Alicante Sales & Lettings and Ben Heath our Estate Agent was incredible, supporting us all the way through the purchase.
Ben went above and beyond in helping us get our ideal property and even after completion is still supporting us with his excellent local knowledge.
