CF is a good team fulfilling their profession. They focus on country houses in the area and put an emphasis on high purchasing service: from the website, showing the client around the property to arranging accommodation, to the completion of the whole process.
A lawyer who works with them also at the highest level. If you need anything more Maggy has connections to a lot of people.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to country fincas, especially Annaliese. We originally met with Karen & got some great advice. We were then shown a number of plots, new builds & a resale by Annaliese who was amazing. She was really friendly and helpful & nothing was to much trouble. She kept in regular touch with us when we returned to the UK and was very responsive & really helpful. Unfortunately we’ve put our move on hold for now but if things change we will definitely use CF. Thank you again

Came to country fincas on a last minute viewing(was flying out the next afternoon.
Saw a property appear late thursday on thier website and sent a text explaining i wanted to view but had a strict schedule.
ANNALIESE was on the ball, she arranged all the timings all the keys and after a 10 minute viewing helped me seal the deal with the owner.

In one word - perfection. Not only are the ladies that run the office professional and thorough, they are the most helpful, kind and friendly people you could hope to meet. They have helped us in so many ways, from telephone calls on our behalf, recommendations on tradesmen, advice on all things Spanish and all done with a smile. It is incredibly rare to find such excellent after sales service from anyone but even after 2 years since we bought our house they continue to be helpful and friendly - I really cannot recommend them high enough.

We bought an investment property through Country Fincas - the plan is to improve it, fix its many problems and sell it. Brenda and Karen were honest about the state of the property (something that is refreshingly unique in my experience!), helped us make the right choices without applying any pressure at all and even offered to arrange for building work quotes - something well out of their job description.

Both Karen and Brenda were never pushy and both have a great fun personality that made us warm to them quickly. All of this made the decision to purchase easy, and the process smooth and pleasant. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services, in fact we will certainly be using their services in the coming years.

We bought a property in Rodriguillo last year through Country Fincas. We got very lucky having Annaliese as our agent showing us around the Pinoso area. She's very personable and gave us all the info we could ever ask for about the town. We were initially looking to buy in the Campo near Valencia but one day looking around with Annaliese was enough to change our minds to Pinoso!

The whole process was incredibly simple from start to finish - the whole buying process took only 6 days and was done with all the legal checks in place! Quite refreshing coming from the UK when you might be on hold to the bank for 6 days before you even speak to someone.

We found Country Fincas by Google search and from the start they was very Professional responsive and knowledgeable, they found exactly what we wanted in Pinoso.
Lots of help with our negotiations and answering all our awkward questions through the process.
