BBK Bilbao Good Hostel

Very professional and clean. The free breakfast and coffee were pretty good -- better than most other albergues. There are several cozy common rooms for hanging out and a foosball table. The location is close to the river and a short walk from a downtown area. All in all good value for the price.

I spent myfirst night in Bilbao in this hostel. For me it seemed i had to walk trough the whole town to come here. The receptionist was really amazing, really helpful to my - happily answered all my questions. Unfortunately i can not speak spanish but was really nice to hear her. The rooms, beds, showers toilettes are ok. They have elevator and u can smoke on the balcony. They have also lockers for your backpack. Your breakfast is included. Recommended.

Facilities: fastish WIFi, reading light, charging port (Euro and UK), comfy bed, toilet and shower in room, extra communal facilities (so no waiting), plugs everywhere, TV room, balcony area, PCs available, underground parking for bikes and cars, included locker in price, fridge, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, plates and cutlery, big supermarket 2 minutes walk away, walking distance to metro, park nearby for morning walks/runs, some English speaking staff. Experience: I came to hostel by bike during a bikepacking trip, the hostel were helpful in letting me know prior to arrival that I had a safe space to store my bike. The women at the desk was lovely and made me feel comfortable straightaway. The room was large sleeping 10 however it was set out as so I wasn't disturbed by other guests. I was pleased to discover the WiFi was fast and free as was the personal locker in my room. Breakfast was included with my stay and consisted of cereals, croissant, fruit, toast, juice and coffee. The kitchen facilities were ample for my stay including a large fridge with labels available. I recommend the Mercandona supermarket which is a two minute walk away, it is big enough to have everything you need including a lovely fresh fruit and veg section. The only real negative during my staff was the issue with pooling water in most of the shower rooms. I put this down to the sheer numbers of people using them rather than a pluming error so don't let this out you off. Lovely hostel would/will definitely stay again.

A little out of the way but close enough to a metro station that it's not bad, and it's worth it to but the day pass. Facilities are clean, beds comfortable, rooms are very big, and staff that aim to please. All in all very pleasant.

BBK Bilbao Good Hostel is a great place to stop if you are with a big group of people, if not forget about spending the night there. The bathrooms are shared with allthe other guests and food was ok.

Clean quiet and easy. Town is 25 minutes walk, but metro is very close by. Awesome staff!!!

They saved me on a evening I was stranded without a reservation. Relatively clean and a good enough breakfast for its price point and full points for humanity

Un excelente lugar y la chica de recepción super la amabilidad y siempre con una sonrisa,todo el personal debería de ser así de amable se merece una felicitaciones

Excelente hostal, estuve hospedado durante 3 días y el trato fue increíble. Las camas son decentes, disponen de electricidad para cada cama y las habitaciones compartidas son bastantes espaciosas.

En todo entra el desayuno, con bastante cantidad de comida dulce (no había nada salado). Además disponen de bastantes zonas comunes para estar (dentro y fuera).

Los empleados son muy agradables y te ayudan con cualquier problema. La localización es francamente mala, pero tiene el metro a cinco minutos por lo que se llegaba al centro de Bilbao en otros cinco minutos.

Sí vuelvo a Bilbao, volvería a este hostal.

La relación calidad-precio es excelente ya que es un hostal limpio, moderno, grande y muy agradable. Además el personal es muy simpático y atento en todo lo que necesites. La localización es buena, ya que aún estar un poco apartado del centro dispone de una parada de metro a pocos minutos que te traslada en menos de 10 minutos al casco viejo.

Un lugar perfecto para aquellos que quieras disfrutar de la tranquilidad de Bilbao y su buen ambiente.
