Great location with secured car park for 10€/night.
Buffet breakfast is good deal but coffee isn't the best in town.
The rooms just lack a curtain for privacy when the blind is up. Otherwise very clean. Bedding is okay and linen is clean but not very thick. You can ask for spares at front desk, you'll always be warmly assisted.
The staff is welcome and friendly and some concerts are held in the hall when you don't feel like going out for the night.
I warmly recommend and I'll surely book again if I come back to Bilbao.

Room very good, though needs a second chair for two people. Had an extra single bed, would be better with a table. Breakfast very good but need a better croissant supplier!

Very good location. About 15 minutes walking to the train station and bus terminal. Close th the center and 15 minutes walk to Bilbao Guggenheim. Ibis is standard as rooms and breakfast. Very nice people at the reception.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Parking is in great condition and hotel location also good.

We are staying here as I am an Accor member and I find all their hotels well placed and reasonably priced. This one is no exception. David at check-in looked after us and did a fantastic job, walked us through the best places to go and how to get around. The hotel is close to transport and local attractions, especially the food. The rooms are very clean and the staff are all excellent.

The room that we got is big, and the restaurant are numerous options just in front of the hotel, also the supermarket is round the corner, we love to get breakfast just next to Carefour, it’s local and cheap and very good. The only thing is the lift are so slow.. other than that is a nice hotel to stay and memorable

Helpful staff, they were fine about me having my bike in my room (I was cycle touring) and the location is good for seeing Bilbao. There are bars as well as a supermarket nearby so good location without being right by the big tourist attractions.

It's inside the expected for a Ibis hotel. Room was good and staff were very pleasent.

I recommend it. The rooms were super nice and with everything necessary, including AC for those almost tropical heat days. The breakfast had pretty much everything, from ham to cereal to fruit! Very convenient pricing and located right at the middle of the city.

Cheap but centrally located, with good service, tasty breakfast and friendly service.

I don't understand why this hotel is rated with only 1 star. It deserves more in my opinion. We stayed here for 2 nights during our stay in Bilbao. The employees were friendly and spoke good English. The room was simple but very clean. We only missed a toiletbrush to clean the toilet. The beds were good aswell and had soft matrasses and cussions.
The breakfast was very nice aswell, during our stay the coffee machine was out of service but they arranged a different means to serve coffee that pleased us too. Enough choice for different breads and sweets for breakfast and a nice choice for tea. If you are visiting Bilbao to walk around and for tourism this hotel is perfect for you. 👍 (p.s. there was a bar aswell but we didn't make use of it)

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean with very pleasant and helpful staff. Good continental breakfast with a large variety, although, I do miss a hot breakfast option !! Lots of nice bars and restaurants very close by, only a short walk to the centre .

Very good location, great breakfast....good room

We (two adults, an a 14 years old, nearly 1,90 meters tall boy) stayed for two nights in a room for three.The room was spacious, impeccably clean and quiet. The beds were - as always in Ibis hotels - just perfect. Aircondition worked fine, though we just opened the window at night, which was facing the back yard (which was nicely decorated and well maintained by the way). Breakfast was good and we didn't miss anything. The staff was extraordinalrily friendly and, though it was peak season and lots of guests arriving and leaving, always in a good mood. The WiFi is free and fast. The underground parking for 10 Euro a night is a big plus for all people traveling by car but wanting to explore the city by foot or public transport. It was even possible to leave the car in the underground parking on the day of departure, which allowed us to spend some more hours in this great city without further cost or effort for parking. Thank you very much everybody at Ibis Hotel Centro in Bilbao!

It's quite surprising to see that such hotel is rated only 1 star: to me, 2 stars more would be more than deserved.
Remarkable features: pets allowed, nice position to reach on foot or with public transport the main attractions of the city, very big underground parking (easy to navigate even with a SUV car), clean and spacious rooms, big elevator to easily accommodate even the most demanding luggage. Great price per value!
