Sercotel Coliseo Bilbao

Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Centrally located in Bilbao - close to the Metro, Train station, Casco Viejo, Guggenheim. 10-15 min walk to San Mames. Breakfast is nice with many opinions. I would definitely consider staying there again on our next trip to Bilbao.

Great location to explore Bilbao, clean and large rooms, good breakfast, and almost around the corner of the Pintxos Street where you get the best pintxos in town, also around the corner of the big shopping Street

Hotel was lovely sitauted perfectly in the town of Bilbao with only about 20 min max to get to the bars or restaurants.

Staff was amazing and due to our lack of speaking basque or spanish were happy enough to converse in English.

The room were we stayed was lovely and cosy with plenty of room to move around and a warm cosy bed sleep in.

Hotel has a small bar and a dining room were you pick what time to have breakfast at but unfortunately doesnt have a restaurant for dinner.

Highly recommend this hotel for those that want to stay in Bilbao.

Good location, very quiet room (which I requested). Quite basic and minimalist design in room, but very clean and comfortable. Everything you would expect from a buffet style breakfast, without having too much choice. Staff generally very friendly.

Excellent location. The room was spacious, looked as good as new, was very clean with excellent amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. An ideal hotel for a holiday in Bilbao.

Amazing location to enjoy Bilbao and/or work. Extremely nice staff, elegant and efficient enough to be in a luxury hotel. Special thanks to the young man in the restaurant lounge with the free coffee water and biscuits. Extremely spacious and pleasant rooms, loads of lounge space to work or do life admin or have a drink. The lounge can look a bit dark and uninspired but if the weather allows it has a lovely and huge patio with tables to enjoy.

Everything in the hotel was good; I just think there were a few essentials missing in the room. Other than that, we stayed just right next to the reception, and it was good but it felt a bit less private.
The highligh was the personal!! From the front desk team to everyone working in the restaurant, they were all excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sercotel Coliseo Bilbao Hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a modern and stylish decor that perfectly blends with the historic architecture of the building. My room was spacious, clean and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is centrally located in Bilbao and within walking distance of many of the city's attractions.

Overall, I highly recommend the Sercotel Coliseo Bilbao Hotel for anyone visiting Bilbao. The combination of friendly staff, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and convenient location make it the perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers.

It was a great stay. Clean room, great service and location

Super helpful and friendly staff beautiful room for 3 people and a dog even a drinking bowl and dog bed was set up in the room. we were too early, luggage could be stored and the car could already be stored in the garage under the hotel. You cannot reserve a parking space, but it was taken into account. we went into town and after 45 minutes we received an email that the room was ready. nice central location for shopping but also close to the old center with restaurants and bars. We liked it so much that we booked an extra night. that was possible, everything was arranged, same room, parking space extended. super! for the price quality highly recommended

Sandra at reception was a positive caring professional who made sure all our needs were met----. she even got in touch with our tour guide to Biarritz and Saint Sebastian to arrange and confirm a pick up location and time. Without her help we surely would have missed this tour.
She was always available to help us find our way around town and highlighted our routes from the hotel to our destination.
Sharon is the the "face" of Sercotel and without her help our holiday would not have been as memorable . Thank you Sandra, we are forever grateful !

Hotel: As good as new and modern hotel a few minutes walk from the bustling city center and walking distance to all the tourist attractions. We were received by a very friendly receptionist (RD manager?) who immediately provided us with a lot of information about the city. Modern and spacious parking garage available. A free bottle of water would be a nice gesture.
Room: Spacious, modern room with spacious and modern bathroom, unfortunately with bath (a bit old-fashioned, a walk-in shower is better). Our room was on the busy street but because of the good insulation no noise. Safe available and good and fast WiFi (both free).
Breakfast: Staff had some troubles keeping up, and it's a pitty there is no "welcome" because of lack of time. A morning welcome is, as a good breakfast, a good start of the day. The layout of the buffet was not the most logical.
Overall: a very nice, recommendable hotel if you are in the city. Clean, modern, parking and good wifi available. Next door to the casino if you feel lucky.

My flight has been cancelled today and I had to go all the way back to Bilbao and thanks to God I got placed into this amazing hotel.

The rooms are very clean and spacious,it is just located in the heart of Bilbao.
I will have a great night here.
