Delicious food and friendly staff. All vegetarian options were already sold out so they made me a special nachos plate that was not on the menu, very sweet!

This is one mighty, juicy and tasty burger!
I decided to go for the double pattie (pure greed) Encurtido-Panceta-Queso burger (Bacon & Cheese with Pickled Onions and Chillies) along with regular sized portion of fries.
I opted to have the burgers cooked pink and boy were they just that when I cut into the first one!
The meat was deep pink at the centre and very tasty! Along with the thick bacon, blue cheese and the rest this burger was more than just big...it was massive!

The fries were crispy and well salted and along with the sauces completed the dish very well indeed!
If you don't quite like your burgers that pink then you can request them to be cooked a bit more.
Anyways, if it's a top notch burger joint you're looking for in Bilbao then this is the place to go!

This might have been a long wait... But it was one of the most amazing burgers i had in a long time. I would definitely recommended!
I saw some people with a GPS, looking at thr place, and then they turned around and walked away-- yes, it is VERY VERY BUSY... And it's a very small shop... But definitely make time to hang around and wait for your burger.
There is a BM supermarket nearby, so you can always go do some shopping or have a look there to pass the time.

Surprised by the quality of the burgers. No reservations are allowed. It used to be crowded, we wait for 30minutes to have a place. Extremelly recomendable. The guacanalla is what i taste (picture) and it was a 10

Amazing burgers! Great variety of burger styles with a focus on generous portions and tasty spicy sauces which is a great change for a generally boring and bland Northern Spanish/Basque style of preparing food. It's not the most central spot and they have the typical "light lager, dark lager, other lager" tap-problem that most restaurant/bars have but the food definitely makes up for the lack of beers. They do have a few different bottles that aren't bad, but they fall in the same vein of what's on tap, pretty boring.

Amazing food! Best burger in town! The ribs are excellent. The meat falls off the bone. Great flavours. The service was top notch. It's very busy and they don't do reservations over the phone. Had to wait a while, but it was worth it!!

Great burgers and fries. Definitely in the run for best burgers we ever had (and we try the so-called best burger in any city we travel to). Meat is good and most of the time on the bloody side of the spectrum. If you want it in the range of medium to well-done mention it to the waiters!
Craft beers are also quite good and change regularly.
Design of the restaurant is on point but definitely targets young, alternative people as does the background music.
Be aware that there is no English menu but the staff will always try to help you out.

One of the best if not the best burger I 've ever tasted , give it a try and some space in your heart. Try the one with the garlic.
