What a lovely hotel.
The restaurant is especially fantastic, it felt very special and was incredibly good value.

Had a lovely lunch here. Excellent quality and presentation. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 2 nights and also had a dinner there. Hotel: amazing, very beautifully decorated, comfortable mattress, warm, good internet, beautiful bathroom and towels (was better than on pictures). The small disadvantage is that no TV in the room, but they have TV and games on the 1st floor. Dinner: delicious food, we take the menu for 26 EUR, everything was included (as I read somewhere that bread is not included) and everything was of a great quality and service. From hosts we mostly spoke with Manolo, he is really nice and attentive, we had a really pleasant weekend thanks to them! The village is also very nice :)

We had such a lovely time here! Very cosy hotel; friendly hosts, beautifully decorated and well taken care of. Nice and warm inside due to floor heating system and do not miss a chance to have lunch or dinner in their restaurant. While we were there the fireplace was lit and if you are lucky you will be served freshly picked mushrooms or truffles from the region. Great discovery, I would recommend it without any doubts!

We just stayed at the restaurant, did a diversion from the main highway to eat here, no regrets. The staff friendliness was amazing, totally feeling like home. Food was great and not expensive IMO. Recommended.

Very comfortable hotel with great atmosphere and clean, nicely decorated (without being old fashioned) rooms, good restaurant and enthusiastic owners and staff.

Todo delicioso.Fuimos al restaurante en fin de semana. Decidimos elegir el menú y fue todo un acierto. Tanto la atención, calidad del producto y ambiente de 10.

Todos los platos del menú eran caseros y estaban buenísimos (el menú incluye botella de vino, que por cierto, estaba buenísimo) Me hubiera comprado una caja de ese vino.
Tienen una terraza exterior muy bonita, apetece salir a tomarte una infusión con tu novela.

Tienen un pueblo maravilloso, limpio y con gente muy agradable. El hotel es de hace 400 años pero muy chulo, la camarera muy simpática y los dueños, Manolo y Pilar muy atentos y cariñosos, aparte Pilar es una buena cocinera, cenamos anoche y salimos encantados. Lo recomendamos dos donostiarras de buen comer, que si pasáis cerca no se os olvide hacer una parada, nosotros si la haremos el año que viene. Juan Antonio e Isa.

Increible descubrimiento, yo no lo calificaría como un hotel con una gran cocina, si no como una auténtica experiencia.
Manolo y Pilar hacen que te sientas en casa, sabiendo transmitir toda la pasión que han invertido en la rehabilitación del hotel y en para mi el mejor restaurante donde poder degustar Trufa.
Trufa que no solo te sirven, si no que hacen que te apasiones con ellos explicando el cómo y el porqué de este producto.
Cita obligada para desconectar disfrutando de un entorno maravilloso y de una gente que cuida hasta el mínimo detalle una cocina insuperable.

Hotel de 10 en sus servicios , una cena espectacular.
Un desayuno muy bueno y una hospitalidad por parte de Manolo y Pilar , además del servicio del hotel.

Nos fuimos encantados, siguiendo nuestra ruta ciclista (6 ciclistas).
la guinda fué la amabilidad de traernos un movil a 10 kms de Rubielos, que uno de los compañeros se dejó en el hotel en el coche particular de la hija de la dueña.

Fuimos a comer un día entre semana al restaurante, probamos el menú y estaba todo espectacular. La atención y el ambiente un 10!
El trato de la camarera y el dueño impecable.
Todos los platos del menú eran caseros y estaban buenísimos.
Volveremos en invierno a probar el menú de la trufa que nos han recomendado.

Это одно из самых лучших мест в Испании. Владелец отеля настолько очаровывает вам своей заботой, что не хочется уезжать. Отель в здании, которому 400 лет. Все чисто, красиво, тишина вокруг. Также можно попасть на трюфельную охоту с ноября по март. Это невероятные впечатления. Дегустационное меню из трюфеля вы запомните на всю жизнь, это очень вкусно. Также в отеле можно просто наслаждаться отдыхом, есть возможность заказывать обеды и ужины. Завтрак включен в проживание, вкусные домашние продукты, приготовленные с любовью

Hoy hemos disfrutado del menú degustación de la trufa negra. Los diferentes platos, además de sabrosos y originales son generosos con el ingrediente estrella.
Una experiència muy recomendable para los gourmets y amantes de este exquisito manjar. Las trufas vienen directas del campo a la mesa lo que les da un aroma y textura excepcional.
Gracias a Manolo por el cuidado con el que cultiva sus trufas y a Pilar por su cocina.

Un hotel muy bueno muy bien ubicado con un trato super amable y servicial y un restaurante de 10.Desayuno magnífico, jamon de teruel, huevos revueltos ,yogur casero, tostadas , zumo de naranja recién exprimido y bizcocho casero, simplemente perfecto.

Das Hotel „Los Leones“ ist ein sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel und Restaurant in „Rubielos de Mora“ in der Region Teruel. Das Haus kann als romantisch beschrieben werden. Es ist liebevoll im alten spanischen Stil renoviert beziehungsweise sehr aufwändig saniert worden. Wir haben das Haus und das Restaurant erstmals im Februar 2021 mit zwei weiteren Paaren besucht. Weil der Aufenthalt kein hektisches hin-und herfahren sein sollte, haben wir dort im Haus auch übernachtet. Die Zimmer bieten alles, was man erwartet und sind sehr individuell eingerichtet. Im Restaurant hatten wir, auf Empfehlung, ein Trüffelmenü vorbestellt.
Das Speisezimmer war vorbereitet, ein Tisch für sechs Personen vorbildlich eingedeckt! Wegen der kalten Jahreszeit, es war Februar, loderte ein Kamin im Speisezimmer!
Jeder der sechs Gänge des Menüs wurde vom Inhaber des Hotels einzeln präsentiert und durch einen fantastischen Rotwein aus der Region abgerundet!
Den Tag haben wir dann am Abend an der Bar in gemütlicher Runde ausklingen lassen.

Zusammenfassend kann der eintägige Aufenthalt als absolut gelungen beschrieben werden!
Nachträglich Dank an die Inhaber des Hauses. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Haus zu Gast!

Lors de notre periple nous nous sommes arreter pour dejeuner dans le village rubielos de mora et nous avons trouve ce restsurant appartenant a l hotel , entree par 1 porte laterale et situe en dessous de l hotel , quelle ne fut pas notre surprise de trouver ce genre d endroit tres romantique avec salles separee et nous avons la chance d avoir un feu ouvert dans la notre , tres romantique , quand au repas , super bon de l entree au dessert , quand au personnel , il est tres attentif aussi bien pour le repas que pour reaviver le feu de cheminee!!!!!. Quand au prix , alors la , bravo....50 eur par pp, degustation , 2 entree , plat , nous filet pur , dessert , cafe ,vin , 1bt. Top 100. Allez y sans hesiter!!!!!

Pude disfrutar de las mejores cenas que he tenido.
Nada como el menú con la chimenea, y un buen vino.
La atención inmejorable.. volvería sin duda ✨
