Souvenirs Sobrellano

Gente Amable ,muchos productos...es verdad que el chocolate no gusta pero bueno será tema de gustos...yo compré varias cosas ...hay que gastar un poco en estos negocios

Una de las pocas tiendas que solo se dedica a la venta de souvenires de todo tipo. Incluidos los que no son de Cantabria.

Todo tipo de trastos que creí no volver a ver en mi vida, cómo son las cajas hechas con conchas......allí las podemos encontrar.

Regalos para todos los gustos y bolsillos.

Camisetas, chubasqueros, paraguas, figuritas de todo tipo, casos, tazas, imanes......

El que no lleve nada de recuerdo es por no buscar; no se puede decir que no lo encontró.

Hace unos años también ofrecía comestibles y bebidas de la zona; a día de hoy local es independiente.

Hay de todo pero un trato un poco frio

Scam shop. They pretend to sell you local products: we purchased a bag of beans, very expensive, 14 euros!, and when we removed the price label later on we discovered under it the real origin (which was cleverly and dishonestly covered) Poland! Shame on them, with all the due respect to Polish beans, this is a tourist trap.

Go with me here. Imagine you are on vacation in Cantabria, and a blogspam post says Comillas is a great day trip. So you reach Comillas around mid day and every bloody thing is closed for 3 hours. You do the entire town in 60 mins and that includes 15 mins in the cemetery and 15 mins at the beach. In order to ensure you can escape you head back to the bus stop 2 hours early.

And Souvenirs Sobrellano is open...

This is a jaw dropping place. It is possible proof of time travel or Quantum Multiverse Theory as it may be the terminus of a wormhole that reaches back to the 1960s or you've slid into an alternate reality that is devoid of any shred of taste, class or culture for which the real Spain is known. It has everthing. Seashell covered boxes, goatskin slippers, pig money boxes, furry owls, cheap religious iconography, enough overpriced local chocolate to equip a medium sized expeditionary force to the Basque Region where they can kidnap stray children to bring back to stem the shrinking of the local population due to the town having no one under 40.

The good news is we made it out on the bus. It's a pity about the people I had to climb over, but we all know or suspect that are situations that unlock the worst in people , and for us, that place was Comillas. Save yourself ever finding out of what you are capable, don't go to Comillas.

Google really needs to allow us to review entire towns.

Una tienda para cazar turistas. Compré varios botes de anchoas y las he tenido que tirar de lo malas que eran. Me sentí estafado.

Compre chocolate en esta tienda. Ademas de ser muy caro la calidad era mala. No lo recomiendo aunque no se si los otros productos que venden serán algo mejores.
