Go to the very top... you can walk (we went up a series of steps) or drive. The views are fantastic...Spain on one side & one the other side of the river Portugal.
There's a little cafe near the top which isn't expensive & has great views...
There's also a collection of souvenir stalls if you want to buy a momento...

Best view of the Rias Baixas by far! You see the majestic Atlantic Ocean, Portugal on the other side of the Mino River and as far as the eye can see really!! You have to visit Monte Santa Tecla!!

What a nice view and an even more interesting insight into ancient times! You should definitely do this short Trip up to Santa Trega und visit the museum, too!!

A must visit if you're in Camposancos / La Guardia.
Here you'll have the best view over the Miño delta, La Guardia and Caminha but, more important, you can see the leftovers of a Celtic settlement from thousands of years ago. There's a little museum explaining its history, 2 reconstructed huts to give you a better impression, ... Don't miss it!

I can stay over a day on top of this area for touching wind and mist.

It's a great place to visit an early settlement and enjoy wonderful views of Spain, Portugal and the Atlantic Ocean where all three come together.

Really good place where you can see the neighbor country Portugal. But to be able to see that views you need to pay 1€ per person. Here you can also see a Castro.

Great place to watch Minho River and North Portugal. Amazing views.

A spectacular vantage point on the Spanish side overlooking the connection of the ocean, the river, Portugal and Spain. A church is located on the top of a mountain, but even as an observation point alone, the place is worth a visit.

Incredible history and beauty. The definition of scenic overlook. Vertigo inducing drive. Have Daddy keep his hands on the steering wheel while mommy looks at the view

Excellent views, one side of the river is Spain (north) and at the other is Portugal, in front you have the Atlantic Ocean,
what a wonderful place.

Stunning 360° views although the top is often covered by clouds /fog. You can seee that the earth is curved looking directly out to sea across the wide expanse of the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect place to watch the sun set.

Why they charge so little (€3 per car plus passengers) for so much is a mystery. Your milage may vary, but if you have the time to drive up there, and if you like either archeology or great views (or both), then go.
