Beautifully laid out double room with private balcony with two sun loungers table and chairs and a shower!
Very clean and modern. Public areas very clean and modern and staff very welcoming and helpful. Will be returning!!!!!

Was booked here from an Easyjet flight cancellation and have to say, I was very impressed. Spotlessly clean, good sized rooms, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Had to stay an additional night as couldn't get a sooner flight but I was happy enough and the room was very reasonably priced for August. If I had to come back to the area I would definitely choose this hotel and I would most definitely recommend it.

Top top top, receptionists are very professional and kind, rooms are nice and clean, it's got a parking too which was important for us, all in all a perfect staying, we grabbed breakfast in a local coffee shop in the streets behind, no big issue, we'll repeat if we're ever again in Murcia

Used one of their conference rooms for secretary training for a group of English academies. Room was well equipped and staff very friendly. Use the terrace cafe on same level as conference room as menu, service and price excellent.

Nice hotel, easy to get to the center of Murcia ! The team was really cool with us, and they speak english quite fluently !

Darle las gracias a zussetty estaba en recepción cuando llegue hoy a las 16:00 horas ha sido la persona más amable que me ha atendido profesional y encantadora preocupándose en todo momento que estuviera todo a mi gusto sin duda alguna se nota que le gusta su trabajo por las ganas puestas con el cliente, el call center no ha sido lo mismo de hecho me invitaron a reclamar, después de muchas confusiones por el tema del estacionamiento con movilidad reducida sin darme respuesta solo que no me podían dar contestación porque lo desconocian.
finalmente zussettty lo ha solucionado volveré sin duda alguna y recomiendo su trato, el hotel en general está muy bien.
