Hotel One Shot Luchana 22

Our first trip to Madrid. Great place to stay. The people at the front desk were always very helpful.
The girls that served us in the restaurant were incredible.
They made us breakfast each morning with care and always a smile. We WILL be back. We were directed there by an associate at the new Brewster School. All the best, Steve and Robin.

Wonderful smaller hotel,with a very friendly and helpful staff. Particularly thought the morning barista that made an iced Americano for the American was great!

The location of the hotel is amazing. It's right next to a Metro stop and the neighborhood is full of great restaurants. We had a choice of places to go, plus the restaurant in the hotel. The entire staff at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Location, location. This is an excellent point to discover Madrid. Bilbao metro station is only meters away. Room a little bit small, but it was ok. Clean, easy and friendly personnel

Excellent hotel to stay in, spotless rooms and dinning/bar area, all staff really helpful, friedly and very pleasant.
Really enjoyed our three nights in this fabulous hotel and of course the amazing city that Madrid is.

The location is perfect, not too far from the city center, close with coffee shop and restaurant, but also not too crowded and made me could have some good rest.

Staff was outstanding. Location is perfect right at Bilbao metro stop. You can go anywhere. Ordered our airport taxi, answered all our questions, provided us with tooth brushes and toothpaste for free. Super efficient people. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Tight spaces but that's normal for Europe. Book online and save money.

Great hotel in a perfect location. The metro is right outside the front door and it’s also easy to walk to the centre of the city. There’s some nice cafes nearby for breakfast, and breakfast in the hotel is lovely too. Rooms are the perfect size and the bathrooms are great, bed is very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel! A great boutique chain in a perfect location. There are a ton of amazing restaurants in the blocks surrounding it. Shopping and the downtown are all walkable. The Métro is literally outside the doors and the main Blue line is a 5 min walk. Rooms are very well appointed, each with a small balcony. The showers are unbelievable, the waterfall shower heads are next level. Staff were fantastic and offered up some great recommendations and helped with directions on a few occasions. The only thing was the internet service was a little patchy now and then, not sure if it was just a short term thing?
Would highly recommend this hotel though!

Really enjoyed a 2-night stay here in Madrid! Perfect location for walking into Madrid city centre and lots of tube station links into the city and also to the airport. Quick and easy check-in, staff friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and our room was lovely and always kept clean! When booking it says twin or double beds, and we ended up with twin single beds but they were comfortable and the room was specious. Big bathroom too including a large walk in shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel! Only note, they didn't ask how our stay was during check-out, but possibly not customary in Spain generally, as we didn't get asked after eating out a couple of times how the meal was when paying our bill.

We stayed here for 4 days and it was very nice. The room we got had a small balcony and it was very pleasant since we came in November. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and I liked the add on heating rack. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fresh and tasty! Definatly recomend.

Wonderful hotel. Incredibly clean and so quiet. Right on the metro in a delightful neighborhood. 10 minutes by metro to Plaza del Sol. Up to date fixtures and amenities. Will definitely stay again if back in Madrid.

Just back from a short break staying at the Innside Luchana 22.Fabulous hotel, clean & modern. Very comfortable beds and great shower. They offer an excellent continental breakfast. Hotel staff were very helpful & friendly & spoke good English. Very close to Metro, shopping centres, bars & restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location right next to Bilbao metro station. Still central but not too noisy. Friendly service.

Very good value for money, modern rooms with large bathrooms, air con clean and well finished. Great location to explore Madrid, Metro, ATM's and an all important Icecream Shop within meters of the front door. Many of Madrid's attractions are within walking distance.

Great place for very decent prices. Very well located, 2min away from calle Fuencarral in Malasaña. Staff very welcoming and rooms very clean. Great shower.
