Went at 8:10 without an appointment, issued a ticket at 8:30 when the doors opened which showed I was 14th in line.
The line increased over time as people with appointments arrived. In the end I was seen after 1 hour, and my request dealt with.
The office was well managed, they are very busy, and a lot of the people with appointments seem very confused, missing paperwork etc and some just like to talk a lot!
The experience was quicker than booking an appointment in the centre of Valencia and going, waiting and coming home..
Positive experience for me, and I had a spare hour..
