The Castle Bar at Camping Castillejo

The bar and the entertainment are spot on... the best it's been in years. The staff Ann, Ray & Kelly always have a smile on their faces! Brilliant atmosphere and highly recommend a visit. And as for the food, well hearty and very generous portions.

Great place to enjoy generous servings of great food and live entertainment in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Finally, somewhere that actually serves fish and chips not "goldfish"and chips!
The size of the portion is huge..one could feed two adults.

we had a mini break mid jan and visited the castle bar several times ,the sunday lunch was wonderful .Everyone who runs this bar from the kitchen to front of house greets you with a big smile ,we are back in march and this place will be our first port of call thankyou kelly and the crew x

Lovely people. Very friendly. Nice friendly pub/restaurant. Live music and acts. Shop selling lots of UK products. Well kept pool. Great place to be.

The bar is now coming under new management, which promises to be much better than the previous owners. Opening date given as 29th July 2023. Offering drinks, food and some evenings there will be entertainment. Further edit to follow after above date. Giving preliminary 5 stars from what I already know about the new owners, photographs to follow.
One week later and so far I'm delighted with the bar and restaurant, choice of two different size breakfasts, well cooked, tasty and reasonably priced. The bar has been redecorated and is very appealing. A vast improvement which promises a bright future. Lots of free entertainment on various evenings.

Love this place. We stay here with family every year. There is a bar in site that serves food. Friendly relaxed place. It's off the beaten track in a very traditional Spanish village. Perfect for us. We will soon be moving on site.
