Restaurante Cafeteria Fortes La Nuit

I have been visiting this wonderful restaurant/ cafeteria for many, many years. It is my go-to eatery and general hang-out in this lovely quiet town of Mollina.

The owner, Antonio, is incredibly friendly and it’s a great location with a lovely outside seating area and a view of the distant mountains. The premises might look somewhat basic - although improved and entirely comfortable inside and out - but the food and service is exceptional. I have only seen the rooms, never stayed in them.

Clientele is a nice mix of locals, business people passing through, Brits and students etc.

In my opinion, some of the best food in Mollina. The coffee is also tremendous.

Reasonable prices. Not v cheap, certainly not expensive.

I live in this area of Mollina and this is my local bar. I visit here everyday for a coffee, fresh orange or beer. It is a family run business and they are very friendly and obliging. They always bring out a plate of crisps and nuts to have with your drink and they also do tapas and main meals which are very good, always very nicely presented. The beer is always very cold served in an iced glass which is very refreshing and they can't do enough for you. It is on the main road as you drive up to the centre of Mollina, please give it a try if you are in the area, you won't be disappointed.

Great corner pub, with good Spanish coffee, nice drinks (cider, beer, wine and stronger) but more importantly breakfast (spanish, English or continental) and good lunch options (I recommend their hamburger, once you have tasted that, you will never go to a fast food place again! When you had a nice walk trough the vineyards or olive groves, best place to refresh, the landlord is a very nice and a real gentleman. And nice to see all the agricultural traffic come by 😋😎👍🏻

Antonio & his wife are lovely.
We always make the effort to go there when in the area.

La comida del restaurante es espectacular. He pedido un entrecot y estaba perfectamente cocinado y con muy buena carne.

Y el servicio es muy bueno también. Ha merecido la pena desviarse un poco.

Отличная кафешка, внимательный официант, очень вкусные креветки на гриле. Рекомендую!

Es muy buen lugar para desayunar,almorzar o cenar. Está bien ubicado en la entrada al pueblo con aparcamiento de sobra. La familia dueña es muy buena gente,siempre atendo y cada vez cuando pase por su hotel/ bar/ cafetería me siendo ...en. casa! Muchas gracias, Familia Fortes!
