I had a great experience with this shop. I ordered a snowboard online and unfortunately, they sent me the wrong size. As I had already used the board, I was unable to return it for an exchange or refund. I reached out to the team and they were very responsive and understanding of the situation. They truly went above and beyond to make things right, offering me a substantial discount on bindings. I really recommend this shop and will definitely be a returning customer. We stopped here while traveling through Madrid because in southern Spain there are almost no snow sport shops, and we were in need of some new snowboarding gear. The staff was knowledgeable and were patient with the fact that our Spanish was very much subpar. We got the boots and gloves we needed at a very reasonable price, and will definitely be stopping by again next time we are in Madrid.

Visiting Madrid with my wife, we took a taxi from the city center to Back in Black to buy a nicely discounted Burton AK jacket. Despite the language barrier and my jetlag, the staff was incredibly helpful with helping me make the purchase and went out of their way to provide the VAT refund documentation via a pdf uploaded to me on WhatsApp when their tax free equipment was having difficulty in store. Sebastian even called me an Uber as there were no cabs nearby at the time. Incredible local snow/skate shop with the best prices anywhere (in store or online) and the best customer service I have ever seen. I would highly recommend this shop!

I bought a Bataleon Evil Twin + 157 snowboard from back in black. I was based in UK 🇬🇧 and I wasn’t sure whether they would ship the board to me. The communication was tricky as I didn’t speak Spanish. These guys were so amazing and helpful. We managed to communicate very well through WhatsApp and with the help of Google translate. They promptly packaged the board very well and kept me informed of the international tracking number. I have received the board yesterday and it was perfect. Can’t wait to shred. Thanks guys. Moda para snow

Hace unos años, compré un equipo formado por una tabla, su funda, fijaciones y unas botas de snowboard.

El caso es que pasado el tiempo, mientras bajaba una pista una de la fijaciones se partió por la parte baja.

Le mandé un correo a la marca Nitro ya que es la marca de las mismas y me comentaron que me pusiera en contacto con la tienda donde las compré para tramitar el tema de la garantía.

Tras hablar con ellos y explicarles lo sucedido me mandaron la pieza nueva para sustituir la anterior por lo que estoy súper agradecido con la tienda.

El trato y el servicio fueron de 10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
