Overpriced dressed that comes from Shein. I don’t mind bying since I needed some of the pieces last minute but the welcoming was so bad.

I also bought a pair of shoes and they gave me the wrong size, they lied about the size :(
I had to take a uber to exchange them but my size was Not available and no commercial gesture was offered.
After the inconvenience, I didn’t think it was fair.

The owner was horrible and gave me very bad customer service. Just make sure you check everything you buy there because they are not helping at all.

Anyway, I do Not recommend this shop, you can find better prices and better service in other store.

We went to Pinto Puerto Banus on 14 August at 22:00. The dresses were quite nice.
My wife was interested in 2 or 3 dresses. Each dress was 250 to 350.
We have been in Spain for 3 weeks.
Every store has had nice , friendly and helpful workers. We also speak Spanish fluently.
The woman working was absolutely rude. We asked where a dress was in the store that my wife liked
She pointed and when we couldn't find it she just stood at the back of the store and didn't offer to help
Was also rude when we were sorting through other dresses
We were nothing but polite and friendly
A woman like this should not work with people.
I have never posted a negative review since the conception of Google reviews.
