Just perfect! Great flavours, exceptional service (the best service I ever had outside starred restaurants) and a wonderful atmosphere with music and beautiful furniture. Affordable luxury in Arcos.

The service was fantastic, and the food just great. Every single thing we had was great. The chicken pasty, fig and popoyo salad, the tajine, the ribs and the couscous were all amazing. Highly recommended. Highly appreciate the dog friendly service too!

They have some vegetarian/vegan options. Food tastes amazing and fresh. All of the staff are very friendly and they make sure you get everything you need. Everything to the detail. The arabic music is very relaxing.
I believe the waitress is Moroccan and he is just excellent. I went alone and he made sure I was comfortable on my table when the restaurant was busier. He prepared me a lovely mint tea.
They can communicate in different languages so it's good if you are English, French or Spanish as they were talking in these languages.
If you like Moroccan/Arabic/Andalusi food, this is your place!

We chose to eat here our first night in town and the meal was spectacular! We’d been traveling around southern Spain for almost two weeks and wanted to try something different. All I can say about Aljibe is WOW! I now love Moroccan fusion food with its focus on hearty veggies, intriguing flavors, and the most wonderful mint tea I have ever had. Plus, the service and atmosphere were divine. Do your stomach and taste buds a favor and make a reservation here.

The problem with google rating is it allows 5 stars only. This restaurant deserves 6 out of 5 stars. Food is beyond this world, hard to describe with words. I had goat ribs, the meat was falling off the bone. My wife had beef steak. Both were among the best meat cuts we had. Service was attending with a constant smile. Would recommend this place to anyone. Well done !!

Every dish gives us astounding surprise! Boss and staffs are superb friendly. The cuisine is absolutely gorgeous and delicious! The space is delicate, interior is so cozy and unique. Great place to be for lunch or dinner, even a taste of Moroccan pastries with Moroccan tea at their outdoor seats up the hill.

Amazingly delicious food. No exaggeration. All we ordered was superb. The pastella de pollo, the tajina with pistacchios and figs, the couscous... seriously, all you can ask to have a food out of the earth experience!

We stopped for lunch and it was a most marvelous experience ! The staff was welcoming and the food was exceptional ! A magical mix of Andalusian and Moroccan cuisine that is a truly memorable memory ! We highly recommend this restaurant !

What a surprise in Arcos. We were just walking on the street when my father saw it and asked me, what about having a Couscous? Oh yeah! First, the atmosphere, everything gives you a good moroccan vibe, the service was amazing and then the Lamb Couscous was awesome. The bread is made there and I really loved it. To finish, a mint tea. Wow. Just go try it.

We had a large group who stopped by for a late lunch.

Our group had many dietary restrictions and Aljibe did a fantastic job of accommodating everyone in our group. We had a lovely, leisurely meal with plenty of tasty local wine and a diverse mix of food.

EXCEPTIONAL ! One of the best restaurants I have been to in my life. So many flavours. The attention to details, the quality of service are superb. Try it, you won’t regret it. Super veggie friendly as well as vegan. The photos in the restaurant are beautiful. The homemade limonada was also an incredible addition. Simply perfect!!! Bravo!!

Everything was delicious! Their recommendations were amazing. The staff went over and beyond, even brought us to the back room to lookout for the sunset while enjoying a special ice cream and tea. We would definitely go back.

Phenomenal! We had the hummus, which was warmed in the oven. Never had it like that and it was sensational. I have to talk about the fig salad. Greens, figs, spices, cheese and almonds drowned in the most amazing olive oil. I can eat that salad every day for the rest of my life no problem. It had simple ingredients but it all tasted super fresh and full of flavor. We then had the lamb skewers which were delicious also.
Did I mention the fig salad?
